Our product has not been delivered and we're about to go on an overseas holiday. Very unimpressed.

We ordered a week out from our holiday…
We ordered a week out from our holiday and selected express post and stated to leave at the front door.
7 days later we still had not received our product. I rang the company to see where they were shipping from and they stated they had trouble with the website since purchasing the company several months prior. They confirmed it had been shipped and should arrive prior to our holiday departure the following day.
We arrived home the following day to a’ we missed you note’. I called the company straight away to see why they had not left it at the door but unfortunately those instructions were not passed on. I continued to ask where the depot was located and could we pick up? The company said they could not tell me the location of the warehouse but have a 4 hour turn around response time and would get back to me.
Meanwhile we had packed and left for our family holiday.
I was disappointed with the service from the Wahu company, I had paid for express delivery, stated delivery instructions and after 8 days I had still not received my order.

The vest is worth buying
We updated the size of the vest for our daughter with the same product. The product is great, postage fast. It pays to read the care instructions! Oops. Worth the money and you won’t get it cheaper elsewhere so might as well buy direct.
