The products crap

The products crap. Please don't waste money. The little inflate things usually closed and impossible to get open. Two products came with holes. You won't return because you won't be bothered. They ask you to fill out links, I think overseas call centre. You'll never get a replacement they'll send you little plugs lol ha. And if presents smd no receipt bin it

Sunnylife post you new products asap. Even Aldi rocker and products better quality.

I am extremely shocked and dissatisfied …

I am extremely shocked and dissatisfied with the customer service I have received.

I received my order four days before Christmas which was a Christmas gift however the item was not packaged correctly and the items box was damaged.
I emailed wahu to inform them they asked for the photos of the package and item which I did immediately I stated that I could not give this as a gift as it looks as if I had bought it at discount due to the damaged box, I requested a delivery refund as it was to late to reorder in time for Christmas.

I then received an email stating it was the correct packaging which I disagreed,then I received another email stating that I had to take my complain to Australian post which I disagreed with as it was the packaging not Australian posts fault.
I then received another request for the photos of item and packaging!

Today I have received another email agreeing that it was inappropriate packaging with no apology? They have offered to send another empty package or envelope to return the item.

The matter should of been sorted out immediately this has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I am really disappointed the way my compliant has been handled.

if wahu costumer service officer had just refunded the delivery charged as requested which I do not think was an unreasonable request.
Surely sending out the item package or envelope to return the item would cost a lot more than refunding me the delivery I payed? Or a full refund as good will gesture for the inconvenience caused?
This would of saved time, frustration, leading to extreme customer dissatisfaction.
I will not recommend wahu to anyone in the future

Dont purchase online bad customer service

Don't purchase online as they will rip you off

Yassss!!!!!!!!!!

Bought for family secret Santa, and it arrived really quickly with no fussing. Absolutely would recommend to everyone. Keen for Christmas to see my recipients face when he opens the awesome gift.

Taking a long time to receive product

Taking a long time to receive product
I do leave in Darwin and understand it can take longer to receive parcels...but I have been tracking my parcel and its been 5 days now I ve ordered and it went from QLD to Victoria...so the opposite direction...and we actually paid the same amount of the product itself..in postage fee...! Aw well..not really worth it😏

very prompt with delivery especially …

very prompt with delivery especially over a long weekend . I ordered on a Friday was deliverd on the Tuesaday. very happy would recommend Wahu company in the future to family and friends .
