The packaging was disappointing, and the unboxing experience felt underwhelming. The Would not recommend

Utter crap from start to finish.
Conflicting emails for dispatch notices, an ominous postcard from Royal Mail letting me know a parcel couldn't be delivered because the sender hadn't paid for postage (that wanted me to pay £5 just to find out what the parcel was, and I feel this is a scam tactic on WaistWhisper's website), a poor quality product made out of Happy-Meal-toy-type plastic when it arrived, no proper return address, a couple of different web addresses, an email inbox that obviously doesn't get monitored... Sent the 'company' emails months ago and left a message on the Facebook page, none of which were acknowledged. Reported to Action Fraud team and now having to raise a dispute with my bank because all I want is to get this useless piece of rubbish out of my house and my money refunded. Looks like I'm just one of many who fell for this and are now out of pocket.

Don’t buy, it’s flimsy and broke straight away. Not worth the money.
Says on the website you can return it but no details how you can.

Scam company, poor quality product. No communication when trying to return product . Surprised Market Place allows this calibre of company to advertise.

The product is not fit for purpose. I have requested to return it and they are not responding. I have sent a photo proving the produce has not been used and is in the box.
Do not buy I will be raising a dispute with my credit card company

I order an item form them which has not turned up, was delivered somewhere else by Evri and they have fobbed me off and told me to contact waist shaper direct, when I try to contact them they just ignore me appalling service from both them and Evri

Cheap and nasty product and not as easy as it looks to use.

Scam. No email confirmation for order and no way of contacting them for a response. Email sent to address on website which doesnt seem to be legitimate email address and I've not had a response. Do not buy.

I order multiple items and was happy with all of the items. Some of the items are running small. My favorite items is the Update-Wholesale Good High Waist Lace Butt Enhancer Panty Curve Smoothing. I'm pretty happy with my order. Will order from them again.

If I could mark zero I would SCAM wish I seen reviews before this person has stole £100 pounds off me which I couldn't claim back because I waited and waited for my products to arrive.
I even wrote a letter to the business address as advised by citizens advice and nothing the next step is small claims court you should be ashamed

SCAM!!! It’s been months & hasn’t arrived. Contacted them on numerous occasions with no response, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service of this company. I have ordered 2 products in December 2020, it is mid February 2021 and they still haven’t arrived. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times via email and Instagram and have got no response! It’s almost impossible to contact them. At this point I have no hope in receiving my package.
It’s such a shame as I have ordered from this company previously with no issues but this is the first time something like this has ever happened. No reassurance from the company whatsoever. Will not be purchasing from here again.

Took ages to come, I emailed multiple times and got no response and then when it did arrive the product is so rubbish. Email to be allowed a return, but emails are replied to.
It's available, exactly the same item, on amazon for £10. No control at all, so disappointed. I feel like this company is a scam.

I ordered a month ago and still have not recieved my product. I have sent countless e-mails aswell as filled out their online web-form however still no response. I purchased this item as a gift for a friend, the event is long gone and I'm still here trying to get a response from the company. Appalling to say the least!. For the first time in my life i've had to contact trading standards, so we'll see how long they'll keep ignoring me for now 🤷🏽‍♀️. Do not BUY FROM THEM

I have ordered from this company multiple times over the last four years and have never had an issue until now. I placed an order on the 9th of September and have not received my order by the 5th October. I have emailed multiple times and have not had a response since my initial email. Its a massive shame.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and have not received my item. I have contacted the company several times by email as specified on the website, however I have never had a reply. It's a shame as I have ordered 4 times previously, however I will not be ordering again from this company. Use eBay instead!

Two weeks after receiving an email saying my order has been dispatched, still no order and no response to emails. Delivery time states 4 days. I wish I saw these reviews before then I wouldn't have bothered ordering from them.

Absolutely disgusting scamming company, I placed an order with them for shaper waited weeks for it to come, once it came was the wrong size, I returned it on the 12th jan 2020, after weeks of trying to contact them to see where my refund/exchange was (they didn’t respond to several emails, Instagram messages, and messages direct through the website) finally thy responded to one message through Instagram advising they would send the exchange, this was in the 18th February. They have not sent this and they have ignored every other message, their has been no refund or exchange and we are now on the 8th April. This organisation needs shutting down, they are fraudsters

Waited over 2 weeks for my item. Tried to contact the company. No working contact number. Also sent emails and no response. When it finally came it was the wrong item. Overall the worst customer experience I have ever had and I won’t be shopping with them again or referring friends to their website.

All I say.. look for an email address or a phone number. On top of that the website uses visuals from other brands. Impossible to get in contact with this company.
