Poor customer service
There were an issue with the card system to pay online. I had to call you to sort out the situation then I was able to pay for my order. 3 days later still no email to confirm my order or to say this had been shipped. I had to send an email to check my order situation when I found out the item is not available by the supplier. What a waste of time I was disappointed. I wanted to support my community by buy from black businesses but the customer service is not on point at all.

The fact I can shop all in one place for black owned products is a real joy and diminishes the painstaking task of google searches and seeing whether products are really black-owned. Overall I'm pleased. Would be nicer if sweatshirts and hoodies were cotton instead of poloyster. Also the sizes were not indicated on the items. So I literally had to eyeball and lay each one against another to size them.
