The products I brought were great.
Would give zero stars if i could
Would give zero stars if i could. Terrible customer service. Staff is rude and acts as if they are doing the customer a favor by helping them. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there and I will never use this one again. It is unfortunate that customer service is clearly important to them.
Liars
They lied about my doctor calling in an order, and they didn't, lied about the date it was called in. So much confusion with prescriptions. Not reliable. Changing my pharmacy.
My experience with the pharmacist name…
My experience with the pharmacist name Zack. I find that he’s very knowledgeable helpful and efficient during every visit to the pharmacy located in Cedartown Ga. 30125. He’s always very kind courtesy and respectful when assisting me with all my pharmacy needs whether it’s for a prescription or OTC items.
Bad Service and Inefficiency with FedEx Returns d Ex Returns
This “Review” is for the Walgreens, 827 Dutchess Turnpike, Poughkeepsie NY #12633. How 2 other clerks waiting on us for a FedEx Return, and especially a man who calls himself a “manager” there, heavyset, dark hair about 40’s and how our FedEx Return pkg was mishandled and couldn't be done because they don't print "Return Labels". He then leaves us midstream, goes behind a door in back and proceeds to go on a break! What a hassle we encountered at this Walgreens. Needless to say we got it done nice and smoothly in all of 10 minutes at a Shipping Store in Hyde Park and there was no charge for them to print out the FedEx Return Label. Now, that was service and how it was supposed to be done. That manager should be ashamed, wasting customers’ time then disappearing and leaving them hanging. I can’t say I’m really surprised. Anyway, they’re in a bad spot with their parking lot entrance area being quite tight. Another reason I won't bother going there again. The former Walgreens in the Kmart Plaza had a pharmacist there in the early 2000’s who followed to this newer Walgreens location when it opened. I last saw the pharmacist around 15 years ago but then started going to another pharmacy. I don’t recall his name but he was middle age w dark hair and was the nicest, most courteous and helpful pharmacist you’d want to interact with. I was even given forms by them to help me with Medicaid Copays I was assigned to by Dutchess DSS Medicaid which they were not correct in doing according to the program rules. Very crooked. Anyway, in those ways I appreciated how ‘Walgreens Pharmacy Dept’ saved the day.
Stay away from dealing with Walgreens
I had used a Walgeens pharmacy for years. However the service was so consistently poor I switched to CVS and stayed.
The problem is that Walgreens followed me. Despite never responding to any of their ads and multiple email and phone requests to stop any and all communications they have not slowed the deluge.
Stay away from dealing with Walgreens they do not respect their current or past customers.
Not worthy of one star
Not worthy of one star. Every negative review is likely 100% accurate. No phone service. Actually lying to customers about medications not being in stock so they don't have to fill them on their shift. Hanging up the phone on customers. And on and on .....after nearly 30 years writing prescriptions for patients....I have found the decline of customer service at Walgreens, particularly in the pharmacy department, to be so bad that the only explanation is intentional neglect!
It is a terrible place to send…
It is a terrible place to send prescriptions. The staff are unable. They tried to give me have of my medication. Then they continued to refuse tk give me the new meds and i had to go back 4 times for them to get it right. Bad place bad people. Ill never send my prescriptions there again
Not a good pharmacy
Been trying to get my medicine transferred for weeks. Im going to file a complaint against walgreens. They denied my transfer for my prescription even though I have a refill but they refill my prescription without my permission and wants me to pick up medicine I didn't request from them.
There is never a time I pick up a…
There is never a time I pick up a prescription that I don't wait forever....at least 20 minutes minimum. Only have one window for service even though there are 2 teamsters. Prescriptions take forever to be readycasxwelk!!!!
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. I just left Walgreens minutes ago. I had 2 prescriptions that I needed filled which were antibiotics and pain pills. The lady at the pharmacy counter looked at my hand and asked was I picking up. I said no, I need prescriptions filled. She then says "we close at 6p that's like in one minute and we can't fill your prescription". Another lady came over and chimed in and confirmed that they were closing in 1 minute and advised me to take my prescription to the Pelham location because they closed at 8p. I've been working in customer over 20 plus years. I would have never done that to a customer. I understand that the business is closing for the night but they didn't even attempt to look at my prescription to see if it was something that they could fill quickly or not. Those people don't understand customer service at all. However I didn't go to Walgreens in Pelham, AL, I went down the street to CVS in Alabaster, AL. I was greeted warmly and the pharmacist informed me that my prescription would be in ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes? I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years. Today they have completely lost me as a customer. I would not be coming back and I will definitely inform my family and friends to stay away.

poor pharmacy service they wouldn't fill my prescriptions
I have had it with service I'm getting
I have had it with service I'm getting.
I was at urgent care Friday. The transmitted drug requirements to Walgreens. Not ready yet 😩 . Come back in 15 minutes they said. I couldn't at that time. I came back next midday and they still weren't ready.
Exchanged a propane tank at my local…
Exchanged a propane tank at my local Walgreens and the one given me was defective. I returned the tank and Walgreens refused to exchange for another tank. Their attitude was bascially it’s your problem not theirs. I had previously pulled my prescriptions from the store due to errors and poor service. I will not enter their stores again.
Great Neighborhood Store
Every time I go into Walgreens I am greeted with a Hello and a Smile from all Employees I appreciate the Politeness,Professionalism,Customer Service, and I am able to go n and out without any issues thank you to all Walgreens employees much appreciated keep up the Awesomeness
Poor inventory management or deceptive…
Poor inventory management or deceptive business/medical practices. Walgreens Hates Diabetic Patients. Multiple times in the past they have declared my prescriptions "delayed". When I hold them accountable, they magically and immediately find my prescriptions. This last accountability discussion resulted in the pharmacist stating multiple times in our face-to-face conversation he did not want to fill the prescription. When I told him to do what he ethically felt was right, he reluctantly completed the prescription (needles for the diabetic medications he filled earlier). After a display of painful internal turmoil caused by filling the prescription (I say because he was caught in his inventory LIES - for the 5th time), he told me I was no longer allowed to use the pharmacy I have used for 20 years. I realize the pharmacist's behavior was unethical and yes, I'm filling an ethics complaint against him. I do hope that Walgreens Corporate recognizes the unethical and potentially fraudulent pharmaceutical care practices developing at this pharmacy and can intervene before the pharmacy's bad practices (there are multiple) turn out to be criminal or insurance fraud. I'm not advocating going somewhere else, I'm pushing for the customers of Walgreens pharmacies to demand better service and pharmaceutical accountability from their pharmacist at their pharmacies.
Walgreen refuse to bill correctly
Walgreen refuse to bill correctly. When you have coverage with qmb so you don't have a co-pay.
Walgreens knows how to lose business like a pro
I have recently had a customer service issue and they won't even make an effort to talk to me to hear about the problem. I've tried calling the store multiple times and, on the rare occasion that there is an answer, I'm always put on hold - for up to an hour at times - and then get a recording that there is a technical issue that prevents the call from being answered. I've called the national customer support line and was told I have to call the store. Attempting to do that gets the results I've already described. Finally, I've sent physical letters to both the consumer relations department and to the store manager at the individual store. That was also a futile effort - crickets is all I got. After 50+ years as a Walgreen customer, I'm done. Never again.
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with…
Walgreens Address: 107 W Rankin Rd, Houston, TX 77090
I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with an autonomous practice license in the state of Florida and the owner of my own practice. I sent prescriptions for two patients in Houston—one who lives there and another who was temporarily in the city—and this Walgreens location refused to dispense the medications, claiming that my prescription needed an “MD supervisor.” I clearly explained that in Florida there is no such requirement, as I hold an APRN Autonomous Practice license recognized by state law. During the first call, they told me everything was “okay,” yet when the patient went to pick up the medications, they refused to dispense them. Today, I have called the pharmacy more than 10 times; they don’t answer, they hang up on me, or disconnect the call without any explanation. When I finally reached someone again, I explained the situation once more, and they hung up on me a second time. I understand they may not be able to fill controlled substances from an out-of-state prescriber, but non-controlled medications are completely valid as out-of-state prescriptions. What is not professional, ethical, or humane is refusing to communicate, not assisting, and leaving a patient without the medication they need. Walgreens urgently needs to improve the professionalism, training, and responsiveness of the staff at this location.
Bad service
Bad service . They always say the out of stock will be in Tuesday and they always change dates . Also they work without RPH being there , make me come back 20 min since they need to override . Why do they have to override medication I been taking for years ?? I’m not picking up any new meds !
