First time I'd used Walker Smith & everything was perfect.
Over the last 20 yrs, I've used several umbrella providers & it's rare you get a really decent one.
Walker Smith really are the exception to that though.
Professional, attentive, always available & very reasonable on fees.
Would definitely recommend.

Walker Smith have been excellent from the start. Each person I have dealt with has been polite, efficient and this has been consistent. I have been provided with regular updates when there was a problem from the bank's end in processing payments and this was resolved quickly.

My involvement came to an end once my contract finished but as soon as I returned to work I did not hesitate to return to Walker Smith. I will continue to use them for all future roles and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Walker-Smith is a brilliant umbrella company and I would definitely use them again. The customer service is on point, any issues with pay is quickly dealt with in a prompt manner. Let me be clear that my issues with pay wasn’t anything to do with Walker-Smith it was with my agency. The healthcare and holiday entitlement is second to none and it makes up for being a temp. During my eight months with them I referred a friend and I would again.

I joined Walker Smith over a month ago and have never had any problems. They are very quick to respond to queries. I feel they offer an efficient and professional service. They keep you updated about payments that will be received on Friday. On top of this the perks of health cash benefits is an added bonus, which not all companies offer. At Walker Smith, I found all the staff very professional. They have a genuine desire to help. All staff are patient while explaining matters. In particular, very recently, Jodhi explained and implemented a stress free CIS change over. Georgia was also initially involved and the pair of them resolved a number of issues. Since first joining Walker Smith I have been continually dealt with by Charlie. She has been of assistance with CIS, pensions, health packages and pay roll. Her help has been invaluable. She returns calls/answers emails when she says she will. If there is anything she cannot deal with personally she passes me to a staff member who can. In this modern (sometimes slap dash) world, it is refreshing to find company staff who can be trusted to do what they say they will do. Thank you
