The dealings I've had with walker Smith…
The dealings I've had with walker Smith have always been positive.
I had a problem with an agency trying to get money owed from October 2018 for 2 days I worked.
After many months of screaming and shouting at the agency I was told to contact Walker Smith. I'm so pleased about that.
The staff at Walker Smith were just as outraged as I was and got to work on my behalf to resolve the problem. Within a week of first speaking to Walker Smith they got me paid the outstanding amount. I was finally paid today (25/07/2019)
I have to give a special mention to a customer care advisor called "JODHI" She went above and beyond her call of duty and battled on my behalf. She always called back when promised and answered my emails within the hour. Jodhi is a credit to Walker Smith and I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for her outstanding hard work.
I would recommend this company and feel confident in doing so.
