Very helpful staff easily understood for us mere mortals the forms are not long winded and complicated plus extra benefits with the health care policy at no extra cost first time of using an umbrella company heard some horrific stories about their costs and what they deduct from you but all set out and explained so you know your take home pay.

I have recently joined Workr Umbrella Limited and I was impressed by the great yet not overwhelming amount of information provided and all the benefits available. The processes are very easy.

This is my first time using umbrella and it is wonderful, I love that they send you a text a few days before payment of his much you will receive... FAB, FAB, FAB!!!!!!

Struggled to get in touch with someone who could properly advise on the different services offered. Got call sameday though, 4 hrs later in the evening. By that time I had already signed up, using the online content to decide the service I wanted.
So far I have received an excellent service from the onboarding team, who have been kind, supportive and professional. Wishing the team all the success !

I've been using Workr for over a month now, I've been impressed with the level of service they provide, all the staff I've dealt with have been polite and courteous, payments are prompt with good communication. They work in the background so I can get on with the job I'm paid to do, just the way it should be.

I joined this company few weeks ago and they have been brilliant so far with payment being done promptly.

I think for now they are doing a great job for me and I have every confidence in them handling my work for now.

Workr Umbrella have been been spot on every time, they are quick to respond to any queries or administrative needs that I’ve had, both by phone and by email. They provide a friendly service and they are very attentive to detail.

I have been working with Workr Umbrella Company for the past couple of years (former known as Walker Smith) and must say that the service they have provided is brilliant. They are so helpful and easy to work with. Awful.

Workr Group made mistakes in reporting to HMRC which resulted in me being over charged. Workr Group advised they would fix this and get the money refunded.
They did not.
It has taken 4 months to get the reporting resolved and I still have not had the refund.
I sent in a formal complaint that was ignored.
After chasing for a third time I did receive a reply that was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, clearly no thought had been put into it.

They didn't even get my name right.

I fantastic Umbrella company I have been with Workr Groub for 6 months and they have been this best company I have worked for . They have a great app to check your wages and always get back to you very quickly . If carling did umbrella groups this would be top of the league . Wish you guys well as I move on to a new contract thanks for all your help and support !!!

I have been working during my last 2 contracts (approximately last 2 years), for different companies by being paid inside IR35 via Walker Smith/WorkR Umbrella Limited. I have been very impressed with great co-operation and response from all their staff, especially James, Matt and Gareth; who also have been very honest, swift and practical in resolving any issues regarding my case(s). I shall continue working with WorkR Umbrella Ltd in the future and recommend this company to all colleagues. Thank you all. Sasha
