Brilliant service - very easy and hassle free
If you need a walking stick having never bought one before and not knowing what to look for then this is the place to go - got a beautiful one for my mums 80th birthday as she was using a hospital issue one - she was delighted and has had it by her side constantly ever since - even have a service to have it cut to the correct height - hadn't even thought about that - very happy with whole purchase experience and would buy again without hesitation.

Great range of products. The walking stick I chose was out of stock and on back order - they kept me informed and gave me the option to cancel if I didn't want to wait. Worth waiting for, though.

Very good service
I ordered my walking stick one afternoon and it arrived the next day! I was pleasantly surprised as I had not expected it for a couple of days. The website was easy to use. The product description was clear and precise. The walking stick was not the cheapest one I found but I thought it would be better quality. The postage and packing was expensive - but postage is these days. Altogether a good experience.

happy with purchase , disappointed with delivery
I purchased a crutch that was needed very quickly and so I paid extra for next day delivery. I was contacted on the day of delivery to be told that delivery would not occur until the following day (a day later than expected) I had to rearrange that day so that I would be in to take delivery of the crutch. It was inconvenient and I did not receive a repayment for the next day delivery charge. The 3 stars are really for the crutch it would be 2 stars for the delivery.

Having broke my stick phoned sticks on line to see if it could be repaired but was out of luck head broke. Went through pictures and saw one I liked rang walking sticks on line needed abit cut off but other wise it was a normal order. Had a return phone call in afternoon and was told be with me next day. Had arrival slot of 0805 to 0905 when it arrived had to moan at driver as it was 0806 minute after slot opened ! That's what I call service GREAT I wont put in the free bits I was given . But would always recommend walkingsticksonline they will be my choice if I need another one
