Was looking for a present for an 80year old lady who loves pretty & unusual things. The walking stick fits the bill perfectly.

The walking stick in itself is very good but I was covered in dark blue colour from the stick when I folded this down then back up I had to wipe this once or twice with a damp cloth to stop this from happening.

Order placed five days past rang to find out about it told out of stock, ok cancel order no problem will do it now and refund payment to your card .six days later order arrives .ring company leave a message same next day having not had a response tried later in say got a human very sorry this happened send items back can you not arrange your courier to collect no cost too much send it 2nd class Royal Mail and we will refund postage and cost of item ok. .go to mail it £11 75 ring up to ask what they would like me to do answer machine again two day later still waiting for a reply.

I needed a stick seat at short notice but didn't request speedy delivery, it just arrived the next day anyway. Very impressed, great seat too!

Needed a brown/bronze stick to go with brown outfits. I wasn't sure about the shaped handle, but find it very secure, comfortable and supportive. It feels very sturdy and gives me confidence outdoors.

Description of goods not clear enough for me to understand that the walking stick comes with a metal ferrule and not a rubber one. I must now purchase a rubber ferrule to be totally satisfied with my purchase.

I have to say Neville, that my experience of Walkingsticksonline has been a most satisfactory one. I looked on line, I looked through the listings, I chose the stick I wanted, I completed the on line paper work, and hey presto; the stick appeared as if by magic 4 days later. What more could anyone wish. If you need a stick Neville, that's the place to go!!!

Service is good, but don't bother calling the advertised number as nobody answers or returns your call .... tried calling over two days, finally left a voice message - still no response. NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great stick but delivery was VERY slow

I bought a folding seat/walking stick for use when painting outdoors. I wanted something lightweight but stable. It was delivered promptly. I haven't had a chance to use it yet (except to sit on it when it arrived) but it seems ideal.

White stick provided by social services was ignored by general public, this startlingly white one seems to be more noticed by others and is much more comfortable to walk with.

This is a new company ( to me ) and I was very happy with their service. The first purchase arrived damaged but a replacement was provided without any query although I subsequently provided a photograph of the damaged item.

I saw one of these walking while I was visiting my sister-in-law in the UK. I suffer from chronic osteoarthritis and need to use a stick whenever I am out. This company have a wonderful variety to choose from and are unusual in that many of the sticks they offer have lovely patterns. It was hard to choose as they were all so attractive. I eventually chose a William Morris design which is adjustable and has a very comfortable handle as well as a hanging strap. It also folds easily to fit into a smart pouch which can be carried in a handbag. It is extremely sturdy yet lightweight. Delighted with it and it has attracted many admiring remarks. Delivery was prompt and it was extremely well packaged. All in all a product I would enthusiastically recommend.

Mum wanted a new flowered walking stick, she found this site and told me which one she wanted. It took me a few minutes to find the correct one and pay for it. It arrived within a few days.
