Had to contact Wallbedking as I had fitted a piece wrong and bent it so needed a replacement asap. Tim dealt with my query really quickly and got everything sorted and sent out really fast so I was really pleased, well done

I've had the wall beds for over 4 years now and have moved from one property to another with the beds which are hardy and great quailty and easy to move and install. I use one of them myself permanently and it's comfortable and supportive - even better than the box beds I've slept on before. I also bought the wardrobes that fit around and that too has turned out to be hardy and smart. The beds themselves are very supportive and comfortable and despite some pretty rough treatment (I sometimes act as a landlord for Airbnb), they are highly resilient. Can fully recommend them as a great way of saving space but sleeping on as a permanent bed

Really dissappointed with the quality at this pricepoint, screws were like butter even the right size screwdriver was mashing them up, had issues with holes not lining up with threaded holes. A shame that something that could be a brilliant product has been compromised by cheap hardware and inaccurate craftsmanship.

Tim and his team provided a fantastic service. After 5+ years of having a Murphy bed, one of the legs had a small issue and he promptly came to repair it at no cost. Great communication, great service, and great quality. Thanks

We bought this bed for our annexe. It saves us space and allows for a full size mattress so every nights sleep is supportive and comfortable. Everything from start to finish was simple and efficient.

WallBedKing are a very friendly and helpful company, with an excellent delivery service. I bought a single bed to create a 'bedrobe' for my son and it's brilliant, easy to install and works perfectly.

We have 3 of these beds and they are excellent. The mechanisms work very well and the installation was pretty straightforward and easy. Would purchase again if we needed another murphy bed. Customer service is excellent and very responsive. Very pleased.

We purchased our Horizontal WallBedKing, in March 2014 and, it is giving us great service. On recent inspection of the bed, I noted that there was a small nut missing. Contacted WallBedKing for a replacement, the nut arrived within a few days.
Now that’s what I call Service.

I had the Vertical King Vertical Studio Bed from them and it works very well in our guest room. Saving lots of space for my wife to work and my son to play when not in use and serving our guest a good night of sleep when needed. Solid quality, easy to install. Highly recommended.

I have a single vertical studio bed with mattress supplied.
Good product, good service, fair price. I’ve been sleeping comfortably on the bed every night for a year.
The bed in the vertical position looks a little untidy with mattress and bed linen sticking out of the sides. A cabinet would tidy it up, but with door open it would block access to the bedside table during the night. Vertical side panels would be a reasonable solution but I do not have the resources or skills to do this properly.
Also a head board would be welcome.

We have a Vertical King Bed and love it. We found we needed a strap for the made bed when we put it up and loved the one that came with the bed for the mattresses that we called and WallBedKing hooked us up with another strap. It has arrived and now our made bed stays in place!! We highly recommend WallBedKing for their quality and service.

Bought King Size Wall Bed. Excellent service and product. Needed a couple more straps to keep mattress in place and these were sent out next day post.

Really happy with the wall bed we ordered off WallBedKing. Having done quite a bit of research we could not find a more robust alternative. Buying only the bed frame/mechanism worked for us, it was easy to install and fits very well in our small flat. I would highly recommend the wall beds from WallBedKing, you will not be dissapointed.

Very helpful with information on the bed I bought and accomodating when I neede it urgently. I made a 300 mile round trip to collect it and I'm glad I did.
The classic bed is excellent and easy to build. fitted in no time at all and pleased with how it works.

This company has been absolutely amazing! Extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make my first experience building a wall bed so painless. Having ordered the mattress as well - I decided to return it because I had better option. Within a week they picked up the unopened mattress and didn't charge me for the return. When I accidently broke a slat (my fault) on the bed and asked to buy a replacement - they sent me 1 replacement and a couple of spares at no charge. This is what exemplary customer service should be and really beyond all expectations. Thanks to Tim for the online advice on fitting and the continual support. I love the bed. This is a no-brainer if you want a proper bed but want your space back in a spare room that you might be using as home office or for anything else. Guests will sleep well in a proper bed - better than any sofa bed and you can't even recognise there's a bed in the room once fitted with the cabinet. Top marks and can't recommend them enough!

We bought a king size wall bed and cabinet. The quality of the product, instructions, ease of assembly and customer service are fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Extremely happy.
