Bought my WallBed almost a year ago never looked back super easy to use, top quality, very comfortable and most of all saves me loads of space!!

Easy to install and very comfortable. Bought during lockdown and it was delivered very quickly. My husband took about an hour and a half to install the bed and it was slept in that night! We used both the written and video instructions just to be sure we were fitting the bed correctly and these were easy to follow.

Bearing this was all done during C19 and semi- lockdown!!
Ordering the wall bed on line was very easy and the web site even easier! I was impressed by the personal contact by phone confirming our order and the delivery details, along with information regarding the weight and bulk of the package which wasn't that bad to be honest.
I was told that I would be contacted 48 hours before delivery, unfortunately this didn't happen but after a quick call, WBK were very apologetic and explained the delayed delivery situation...Remember C19 back then:((, with a revised date confirmed.
The bed was delivered 7 days late, the driver was very helpful during the delivery.
The online vid and included instructions are and were priceless, the product is well made and the quality jumps out straight away, a toy it isn't, the whole thing is well aligned and everything fits correctly, no miss-alignments, well done for that one WBK.
A really good QUALITY product that MUST be installed CORRECTLY & 'SQUARE', if you can't do it 100% square...get someone who can, it's well worth it. The product is that well made and aligned. I'm an approved electrician of 40 years+ and know how to use a tape measure and spirit level.
Also should the gas struts eventually need replacing, this can be done with them not under pressure, a really good point if you've ever tried to repair a Murphy Bed spring system:((

Delivered well within time lines. I went for the self assembly but all went smoothly especially with the YouTube videos that you can access. Would recommend and have done to other friends. The mechanism looks good and works well and it comes with a 5 year warranty. My guests are looking forward to trying it out.

I purchased a vertical double Studio wall bed and have now had it for just over a year. We have it in our spare bedroom.
When not in use, we fold it up and use the room as an office. Perfect while working from home. When we have friends or family to stay it makes for a very comfortable bed, unlike many of the sofa bed options out there.
Any questions I had were quickly answered by Tim who has been very polite and patient. I have no problem recommending WallBedKing.

Great product perfect for our small room. So much more room for activities! Great service and follow up calls would highly recommend.

Excellent product. Quite easy to assemble. Result is great. Fixing the bed to the floor and the wall is however imperative!

We bought a Vertical Small Double bed from WallBedKing in August 2021 for a small bedroom with very limited space.
We were worried as it would need to be sturdy enough for everyday use, which we'd heard many aren't, although a visit to their showroom help put our minds at ease.

This bed has been EXCELLENT!
Easy enough to self install, its solid and sturdy and smooth to operate... and in the cabinet, looks great!

You have the option of using 1 or both gas pistons to help make the lifting off the bed easier although we've found we only needed to use one and are able to lift the mattress easily with one hand.
The bed comes with 1 strap to hold the mattress in place but we requested an addition one to hold the duvet and pillows in place when in the upright position. Tim and the customer service team couldn't have been more helpful, answering any questions/ issues we had.
I highly recommend this bed/ company! We're certainly more than happy with our purchase.

Great delivery service - kept in regular contact to ensure we knew when the bed would arrive. Bed is great - we bought a bespoke size which suits our tall son and it's very easy to put up and down. It's transformed his small room into a far more useable space.

My office wouldn't be able to double as a guest room without a wallbed, and this is the best value on the market. I bought the classic small double frame, assembled easily following the provided video, and will keep it behind some sliding doors from B&Q. Slept on it a few times now and it is sturdy, comfortable, and the mechanism works smoothly and easily. All sorted for much much less than a fancy built-in.

The Double Vertical Classic bed Frame I purchased was delivered in a timely manner, It comes flat packed which was a surprise, however it ment it was a lot easier to get into the room it was intended for. Once unpacked, the instructions were clear and easy to follow to construct the frame, which itself was very sturdy and fitted together very well. The whole thing took about 2 hours to build and fit to the wall, and the finished product is very strong, sturdy and comfortable. Once folded down there is a gap between the bed and the wall, which is necessary to accommodate thicker mattress when folded up, however this is a minor inconvenience

Good fold-down bed. Exactly as expected. Attaching the bed to the wall was challenging - make sure you have a sturdy wall and floor to anchor the bed into.

Totally recommend this product, the team at WallBedKing were extremely helpful with me choosing the perfect bed and mattress for us. We now have a cosy comfy guest room while the bed tucks away effortlessly and allows us more space when not in use. Delivery was made in the allocated time slot and full instructions were given on how to install. Perfect! thanks to all a WallBedKing, I will be recommending this product to friends and family.

Delighted with our new wall bed. Arrived on time. Delivery team very helpful. Bed easy to assemble. Instructions good and on-line videos excellent. Really needs 2 people at certain points in assembly. Choose the studio version, looks great and works well. Does what it says on the website.

We did a bit of research before making this purchase and this did seem to be the best value wall bed available. We went for the white backed one which looks good in the room, I think it’s worth the extra money. Assembly was not too hard but there are a couple of bits where you need 2 people. You also need a bit of space to do it. We have had guests to stay since installing, including elderly relatives who have reported been comfortable. Makes better use of the spare bedroom.

I have been very pleased with the quality of bed and service provided by Wall Bed King.

This wall bed is the perfect solution to the problem of getting maximum benefit from the "spare room". Being able to use the room, when you don't have guests, but also being able to offer guests a proper bed, when they visit. The mechanism is excellent, as you can see from the videos on the website, and 5 stars for the assembly instructions. The instructions for the cabinet are brief, but good enough.

We bought a Murphy bed back in 2013 and we were very happy. After a move and not using the bed for some time, we decided to install in again but found one piston slightly damaged. Wallbedking were quick to answer and to help send us a new set of pistons (£60)

On top of that, when we realized we missed some bolts, they sent us that for free.
