I have a product that is nowhere near the quality I thought when I ordered it. As it turns out, the image I ordered was not a vector image so some "blurriness" was expected but without this information listed on the product page, there was no way to know.
I also requested samples to asses the print and quality of the paper but they did not arrive. Disappointing ....

Good wallpaper but should have explained bit more with instructions, how to join each part .

Ordered a mural for our new trauma informed room to provide pupils with a tranquil place through difficult times. However this mural has been nothing but a struggle. Very quick to order online and to take payment but could not provide the service as advertised. We ordered for next week delivery at an additional cost that did not appear until 3 weeks after the initial order. The quality of the paper when it arrived was exceptionally poor, once we hung the first sheet, there were many scratches within the picture and communication was very poor when trying to action this. We had no response for quite awhile, until we were asked to provide feedback regarding our order. This dispute is still ongoing and we are going into the 5th/6th week. The room is still not available to pupils due to the issues this has caused us.

I placed an order & didn’t get much communication from them about the progress of my order, they contacted me approx 10 days after my order to let me know they had been slightly delayed but product was on its way. It has now arrived & looks amazing

Terrible service mural was delivered and the colours didn’t match, the picture was grainy and poor.... promised replacement never materialised. Taking them to court now, but be warned these guys have been bankrupt many times. Luckily we paid on credit card to will be pursuing a claim that way.

Be warned do not buy anything from these guys

I’m actually leaving my review 18 months after the fact - I’m now looking at getting custom paper for another wall which prompted me to leave this review.

I ordered custom paper from wallpaperink in October 2017, and paid extra for expedited delivery. After the order not arriving on time I called .. and called .. and emailed .. and called. I got nothing and thought I had been scammed. I contacted my credit card company to have the money refunded before I eventually got a response telling me that the paper had been printed and was on the way. I think I had paid for a turn around of a few days and the paper eventually arrived after 3 weeks or so. I never did get a refund of the extra I had paid for the speedy shipping of course.

It’s a shame. I ordered the spray on paper and the product itself was great. But the service was just so poor. I’m now about to order for another wall and am looking at other companies. I just can’t be confident that the product will arrive without a lot of unnecessary stress. Given there are so many companies in this marketplace I don’t need the hassle here.

Slightly longer shipping but reassuring assistance from customer support settled worries. Wallpaper turned out gorgeous when placed and the provided paste mix was more than enough for the entire wall. Wallpaper has opened the room immensely.

I ordered the avengers mural.
I had a few issues with it. But that was not the fault of Wallpaperink. They did there best to try and resolve them but it was out of there hands. They gave me a full refund that was back in my bank within 2 days.
Thank you wallpaperink I will use you again in the future.

Wallpaperink contacted me directly about a problem with my order that would have resulted in poor quality image on my wall mural and advised me to select a different image. They then followed my instructions to the letter to get me my replacement out as soon as they could. As disappointed as I was to not get the image I selected, I cannot fault this customer service and will definetely be shopping with them again.

Wallpaper Ink (S1 Digital Limited) has been dissolved by Companies House. You can see this information at Companies House website. It is ILLEGAL to trade if a company has been dissolved, as these guys are doing. Please proceed with extreme caution if you intend to purchase from Wallpaper Ink!

I had a hiccup or two sorting the order out, after speaking with Wallpaper Ink via chat , it all got sorted out, and an apology given, at the end of the day mistakes happen, but the sign of a good company is how the problem is fixed, and I can honestly say this was sorted superbly, so 10 out of 10 for customer service

Standard updates and extremely fast dispatch. Though once my mural arrived the image looked far to pixelated and the characters were unrecognisable. Definitely wasn’t worth the money. Same day spoke to a colleague on their live chat and after sending images of the mural I received, I was able to send them any high quality image along with measurements for a replacement which arrived within days. Much happier with the second one I received! Only reason I rate 4 stars is because spending the money for it, ideally you want it to arrive as pictured and something you’ll proudly put on your walls without having to deal with customer service. Overall extremely quick response! And when done right the murals is absolutely stunning and worth every penny. I recommend finding your own high resolution image and uploading it to their website (which can easily be done on their homepage) as you don’t know how many times the image on their website has been expanded and zoomed in.

The Ethiad Stadium wall mural we got for my son is absolutely fantastic, he is beyond delighted with it!!!!! We had a decorator in to hang the wall paper & he said it is one of the best quality murals he’s seen. We are very happy customers, thankyou!!
