Very good product. Easy to apply. Would recommend.
Only downfall was having to chase up the order.

Poor quality print - very low resolution.
Creases in the paper leaving lines across the main characters. Totally unusable.

I cannot contact Wallpaperink via e-mail, live-chat or telephone. Their support e-mail inbox is full or they are getting too much mail right now so my latest message requesting replacement or refund has been rejected. I strongly urge that you do not use this company until their issues are resolved. They have send me a faulty mural and since I cannot contact them, I am currently left out of pocket. I have read previous reviews and I am now wondering whether all of the 5 stars are fake - most seem to have similar spelling or grammatical errors. With hindsight it also seems a little unusual that the reviews are either 5 star or 1 star. I did use Trust Pilot before I ordered, I wish I had paid more attention to the warnings. Update: I have tried to leave a negative review on their own website and guess what - it hasn't appeared.
Further update. I have now received the replacement mural so at least I am not out of pocket anymore. Communication is still an issue, I managed to contact them through the live chat link on their web page. Good luck if you use them, and also to those that are still awaiting a positive outcome.

So impressed with this company , I made a genuine mistake and they rectified it for for me , there customer service is second to non ! And there murals are epic ! My son is totally smitten with his ! Thanks again wallpaperink :)

Do not use this company. Impossible to contact when delivery hadn't arrived. When finally arrived, picture is distorted and will not stay up on wall when using normal paste. Absolutely dreadful service all round. A complete waste of money.

Do not use this company they take your money with no intention of supplying the murals, further more there's no way of actually contacting them as they just don't respond.

When I receive the mural I was a bit disappointed as there was no instructions only a craft knife .... so I watched there video on there page ...followed the information and put it up ... and to my amazement (and my son ) it is simply brilliant .... and so easy .... so thank you

Quality of the product was excellent. The paper was thick, strong and so easy to apply to the wall. Squirt, squirt of the old spray bottle and bob's your uncle! The image (beach and palm trees) is so vivid, you really wish you were there. Dream on.

Had to wait a bit longer than the 3-5 days delivery quoted, but am so satisfied with the product that I can overlook that minor detail.

We really felt fortunate working with wallpaperink and wanted to make up to them with a good review!!

I have the same very bad experienxe as some other reviewers of tihs company. The wallpaper mural I orderd is so blurred that it is unusable. I emailed the company 3 weeks ago, and have sent further emails since, but have not heard anything. If you phone, a recorded voice says they will get back to you within 7 days, but i have not had a reply. I just feel I have wasted my money

A total waste of time and money.

I really have difficulty believing the 5 star reviews that have been written about this company. They don't sound real to me but perhaps other people had a totally different experience.

I would urge people strongly to avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. We purchased wallpaper at the cost of £350 for the 'premium' quality paper, but when it came, it was of terrible quality, very pixelated and looked nothing like the image we had selected.

Months of work then followed.... We emailed so many times with no response. We finally spoke to a representative via the live chat on the website who basically told us that it was in their terms and conditions (which are hidden away on their website) that the customer should check the quality first by ordering a sample. For £350 I do not expect to have to check the quality myself.

I then went up my credit card under the consumer credit act to claim back the money. It has taken from October 2017 to now (September 2018) for my credit card to agree to the refund.

We've lost hours of time and are out of pocket for the decorator we originally hired to hang the wallpaper.

Don't waste your time or money on this company. So disappointing.

Very pleased with my mural, only problem was being able to speak to someone, had to send them an email, am then told to wait 5 days for a reply.
