I ordered an 8’ x 6’ greenhouse and an 8’ x 6’ shed. The greenhouse arrived. Unfortunately the fittings pack was missing. A quick call to the customer services department got the parts on their way. Soon after the shed arrived.
Both yet to be fully erected.

Sad to say the only good thing was…
Sad to say the only good thing was delivered on time.The instructions were very poor.Product quality was very poor. Lots of nail heads protruding, had to be hammered down for panels to meet.Left hand door is warped. The 2 back panels both had overlaps which meant they would not go together.. Really disappointed with product.

I should not be having to write this…
I should not be having to write this review after the money I paid and upgraded everything they offered. The fitters did their usual moaning passing the buck from department to department. Loads of extra wood provided but fitters used split pieces rather than looking through and picking the best ones. Snagging lists as they tell you will be followed up but not in my case. I doubt this expensive summerhouse £6000 will be still standing in 12 months

Walton’s are a great company to work with. Fantastic product. Our sauna is great. It did require construction which does demand a level of capability , although they do over a service to build for you.

I very rarely leave negative reviews. As a business owner myself I am aware how damaging they can be. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Waltons. I purchased a little Summit climbing frame with playhouse and double swing.
It came without instructions, I called to have the instructions sent over.
I had a workman come to look at it both of which would not build it as none of it was pre drilled. I then contacted Waltons and they just said none of our climbing frames are pre drilled. I then contacted someone else to come and have a look. They also said they could not build it as it was not pre drilled.
I called Waltons back and asked could I book one of their installers to come out and they said no the wait was 8 weeks and it shouldn’t be sat there for 8 weeks. Basically no help offered at all. I am now stuck with a pile of wood.

We've made several attempts to discuss your concerns with you and have tried to contact you by telephone on three separate occasions, but unfortunately we've been unable to reach you.
To reassure you, the climbing frame you purchased is designed to be assembled without pre-drilled holes. This is standard for this product range and allows the timber to be aligned correctly during assembly.
Unfortunately, as the product has already been assembled in part and time has passed since delivery, we're unable to arrange an installation or accept the item back for a return. We appreciate this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry for the disappointment this has caused.
If you'd still like to discuss your concerns, please do get in touch with our Customer Service team. We'd be happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have regarding the assembly of your climbing frame.
Nice design
I love the design and size of the product. Unfortunately there have been problems with doors not fitting, due to the door being twisted. The roof does not fit correctly, a gap is showing where the roof panels don’t meet.
This has caused issues during construction plus additional labour cost plus additional material cost.

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Our delivery of felt was damaged so I gave the customer services department a call and they solved the problem straight away by sending another roll of felt out. My granddaughter is over the moon with her plyhouse theres just the felt to lay on the roof, then its decision time as to what colours to paint it pastel colours I think. Thankyou so much xxx

I had a beautiful summerhouse from this company. I am very happy with it.
Lovely friendly guys that installed it, letting me know exactly what time they would be arriving.
Took around 3 hours to erect and they left the garden clean and tidy.

The summerhouse is up but the floor was two different sizes, so had to cut one half to fit. Some gapping between some of the slats and a hole in a window. So it's just ok.

Very disappointed with the quality of…
Very disappointed with the quality of our summer house. We had to search the internet to obtain instructions to build it. The woodwork was poorly made, meaning we had to buy extra wood to ensure there were no gaps. Even the roof had different lengths of wood which we have had to adapt. Thankfully my partner and dad have made a good job fixing a bad design.
Would not recommend.

Smashing allotment shed
Great from start to finish. Easy to order and delivery was a dream as you can track your driver. Arrived on a pallet and checked over by the driver and myself, everything arrived in perfect order. So easy to put together and as long as you paint the shed, a fantastic guarantee comes with it. Good quality wood and you get all the screws, latches and hinges in the pack. Took around 5 hours to put together, but it was the hottest day of the year! Would highly recommend.

The summerhouse looks good once put up and the delivery was great. The problem I have is the door and locking system. The doors have large gaps at the sides and in the centre, I’m quite worried that the weather might get in and ruin my laminate flooring. The lock doesn’t work correctly because there is a sizeable gap, it’s like the doors are too small for the summer house. My son has bought a cabin off you too but that is ok. I don’t believe this is a premium product and think you need to address the complaints quite seriously as you are not going to sell many if they are this poor standard, like I said it looks lovely but is seriously let down by the quality.The review date is when I eventually got all the missing pieces.

Outdoor Kitchen
I purchased the Trent Outdoor Kitchen after being impressed by the photographs on the Waltons website.
Unfortunately, the finished product was significantly different from the impression created by the advertising. The website photographs clearly appear to show long, continuous stainless steel work surfaces. In reality, the worktops are divided by raised timber cornices into a number of much smaller sections. In my opinion, this substantially changes both the appearance and the practicality of the kitchen.
When I raised my concerns, Waltons initially maintained that the product was as described. After a lengthy exchange of emails, including providing comparison photographs of the advertised product alongside the assembled kitchen, they increased their goodwill offer from £30 to £150. I appreciated this gesture and accepted it rather than pursuing the matter further, although it still does not cover the cost of replacing the worktops to achieve the appearance shown in the advertising.
I remain disappointed that Waltons do not accept that the website photographs give a very different impression from the product that is actually supplied. I I hope they review the photographs and product description so that future customers can make a fully informed purchasing decision and know exactly what they are buying.
However, customer service was very responsive, and the refund was paid quickly.
