I first came into contact with W&P (they were recommended to me by a clinical colleague) when working with another provider several years ago and needed policies, procedures and associated documentation. I have always found all colleagues at W&P that I came into contact with to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable; they will go out of their way to answer any queries you may have about purchasing their products or services or after you have received these.
More recently during 2024, I have attended two webinars delivered by Lorna on CQCs new regulatory approach (full webinar and the refresher webinar). I have found both of Lorna's webinars to be engaging and informative and really useful to provide self- assurance that I fully understand everything; this is essential for me given I work in a lead quality and compliance role. The learner guide and slides that are provided post webinar sessions are full but clearly explained and a good reference point. Thank you for valuable insights Lorna.

the webinar was thoughtfully organised, allowing for a smooth flow of information. the presenter, even though I joined late, did an excellent and exceptional job of explaining the concepts and providing practical examples to enhance understanding. I knew most of this information, but I learnt a lot too, and was reminded of others. Also made me realise there were things we might need for evidence that I hadn't thought of.

The course was a good refresher course re the new single assessment framework. It helps ensure we are on the right track.
