Training was very informative and interactive. Trainer was able to answer all participants questions.
Points were very clear and precise to the questions asked.
Participants were given the time to ask any questions they had and the appropriate answers were given.
It appeared the trainer had a worth of knowledge and knew what she was doing.
I had the opportunity to hear other organisations experiences which I took a cue from.
I thoroughly enjoyed the session.

The facilitator is quite knowledgeable. She knows the subject very well. Clear, concise, gave practical examples that participants could relate to. Participants were involved throughout the presentation.

The trainer had good knowledge
The trainer had good knowledge. The was patient and took time to explain to people things they needed to understand better. She never judge and she was friendly but professional. I felt and ease and took part in answering questions rather than just sit there and listen.
