Just the right size

AVOID.AVOIID,AVOID. Wish I had read the reviews first. Worse company ever. Say they have sent your order and they haven't. When you message them they say they are dealing with it and they dont. I requested a refund and didn't hear anything so requested a refund through paypal. Which I am pleased to say has been accepted. I ordered the items I wanted from Global packaging after, I can highly recommend them. Very professional, excellent quality and quick delivery.

Even taking Covid into account I would never use this company again. I ordered two chair covers and one sofa covers and when checking the 'Track order' it showed shipped, but this wasn't true. Nothing had been shipped and after several emails without response and several unanswered phone calls, I eventually talked to an 'agent'. I was told 'Oh, that's just the system' and that the sofa cover was not in stock, but the two chair covers would be with me in 2 days. One chair cover arrived. After several more unanswered phone calls I spoke to the agent again to be told that the missing one would arrive in (you've gussed it) in two days. Nothing has arrived of course. So I have started a claim via PayPal as it's impossible to contact them. My advice would eb to avoid this company.

Honestly just awful. Rubbish communication. My order was cancelled twice without my knowlege. Tried to contact their team which I received one very useless reply. Seriously guys, look at your reviews and sort your business out.

Really poor. Ordered items on line, paid received order acknowledgement no problem but no delivery because it turns out they had decided to cancel the order without ever telling the customer. Not a mistake because I tried again and they did it again. No one in the company willing to communicate or even just say that they just don't actually have whet they advertise on the website. Waste of time.

Needed the boxes desperately and my usual company’s website was down, ordered the size I needed then got a confirmation saying they would arrive in 5 days, I noticed on the 4th day that they had refunded the money into my bank without an email, phone call or anything to say why, I have emailed twice and spent 40 mins on hold to then be cut off when I tried to call, they should at least email or let a customer know that they can’t supply you the items and when ordering custom size it’s quite obvious that they are needed for a business that is expecting them to arrive so not only bad service for me but possibly for my customers also, extremely bad company.
If you need custom size boxes do NOT order from this company.

SCAM!!! Be very aware of this lot, they are a complete hoax of a company. They will take all your money with absolutely no intention of ever sending you any product. They will NOT answer any emails, calls and will play the invisible game! You have been warned!!! It is time for the legal treatment!

Sent me the wrong item twice and then proceeded to ignore any further emails. Terrible

They take you money and ignore you, never received the items ordered.

I ordered two different sized sheets of clear perspex for a couple of large pictures, they arrived within a week, cut to the right sizes, fitted perfectly, no problems at all. Very good service and product. Ordered some more and awaiting these, so far so good.

Really should have checked here first. Ordered a bespoke box online. Never arrived. Phoned to follow up after 2 weeks. After 15 minutes in a queue they answered and then immediately hung up. Next time no answer after 30 mins.
Turns out they currently don't offer bespoke boxes. However they didn't contact me to tell me this or explain it, just cancelled my order. Abysmal customer service and reflects badly on me to my customers. AVOID.

I ordered 10 removal blankets and received 1. They’d actually taken the trouble to pack 1 blanket along with a piece of paper saying there should be 10. Unbelievable.

Companies this this shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
It’s a disgrace that a company can provide such terrible customer service consistently and trading standards not step in.

Used this company once before and the order took months to arrive with no communication.

Thought I would give them another chance and ordered bespoke size boxes. Noticed money was refunded to me so had to contact them to ask why my order had been cancelled. Was then told they aren't doing bespoke sizes. If I hadn't of noticed the money back into my account I would of still been waiting for my boxes to arrive.

I have no idea how this company is still in business, terrible customer service.

Wish I’d read the reviews before using these. Ordered a large box about 4 months ago, still hasn’t arrived, when I enquired I was told it would be sent out within the next month(!?) and now here we are - still nothing received. Asked for a refund and am being ignored. I don’t know how scammers like this are allowed to trade.

Ordered 4 perspex sheets cut to size. and 3 are scratched and unusable, but because they are cut to size apparently the quality isn't grounds for return. it took 21 days for delivery even with troubling times that is excessive. company is difficult to get hold of. they are trading as many different names so please check who you are buying from before you buy any plastic.
I will not use this company again.
