No frills place where I got to get all random items needed for my restaurant. There not pushy with sales and have had most of what I looked for. Havn't bought any big items

I purchased a Traulsen freezer from Warehouse Restaurant Supply. I was unable to fit one of the casters, however, because the threads that accept the caster had been stripped out when the factory bolted the freezer to the pallet. This was not the fault of WRS, of course, but they followed-up and provided an additional set of caster that could be used on the unit free of charge. I've been very satisfied.

Great new and used equipment.
I have purchased both new and used or scratch/dent equipment here and in all cases have been totally satisfied with the experience. The sales staff has been thorough and helpful and the equipment perfect for my needs. When a need for certain equipment arises, I always take a look at Warehouse Restaurant Supply.

Our Volunteer Fire Dept. has been using Warehouse for many years. When re-doing our kitchen they were extremely helpful in helping in all aspects of the project and making sure all the appliances and sinks fit in a very small work space. After that they were there for the addition Restaurant supplies to buy in bulk not available at any of our local stores and at the best price. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to assist in any way We will continue to use them for all out kitchen needs

I have ordered small wares and larger pieces for bob and rob and have never been disappointed. Shipping time excellent.

I try to get to Waterbury at least once a month. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The selection of smallwares has no rival. I usually take the time to walk all the aisles in search of gems. Their selection of coolers, freezers, cooking equipment or anything you can imagine is limitless. If you are a savvy shopper you will find great deals on scratch and dents or floor model equipment. If I need a quote on equipment the response time is immediate. Very happy customer!
