I purchased an item on this website. They charged my credit card and I never received shipping details. I called several days later to inquire about the shipping details. I was told that they do not have the item that I purchased and they wanted to send me a list of items they do have that cost more money. So, they have a bait and switch situation going on here. When I got upset about this, the customer service rep hung up on me.
