The sample selection was nicely varied, and ranged in quality from OK to good - which, for the price was more than satisfactory.

Until something goes wrong it is difficult to know how good a company is. Well something went wrong and Warehouse Wines were found lacking. Vermin hole in the one box (of two) I ordered, the other not delivered at all. I emailed to find out what is wrong. I put this in my email to them (I have taken out my personal info []):
[Firstname] [Surname]
Don't ask me for this again as that will be an insult:
Orders:
#WW*********A
#WW*********B
Address:
[my full address and postcode]
This is what I got back:
Unfortunately, I am unable to locate an account under this information provided. Please can you send me your email address, postcode and full name which is linked to your account? Rest assured, we will get this resolved once we have located the account.
If I can help any further please let me know.

Well that's is pretty useless and insulting I think.
It is pretty disgusting to think rats have been near the wine I am supposed to be drinking. Clearly didn’t bother to read my email. Shame I can't attach a photo, but I have one if anyone wants to see it (actually it is the DHL photo of POD).
