The heaters arrived neatly packed with everything required for installation. I had them hard wired so the electrician did the installation work, but they were impressed with the quality and packaging. I then discovered I required controllers but they are competitively priced and arrived a day or so later. The heaters are very effective and will address the colder rooms in my apartment.

These infrared heaters are very economical and have made a big difference to my bijou flat.

The service was prompt and the product seems to be ok so far. I was disappointed by the extra cost of the shipping to Northern Ireland. Good old Brexit.

Panel was delivered promptly the next day, was easy to fit as usual and works well. This was an extra panel to supplement the others in the room in the coldest weather or to warm up more quickly if the room needs bringing into use without warning.

Product arrived promptly looks good haven’t had it fitted yet so will let you know.

The purchase process was very easy and delivery was quick and on time.
The only small thing would be to make it easier for first time customers to the site to find the area which allows you to calculate what KWh of heater you need for your room size.

Website easy to navigate and to find the required information. Ordering the item was quick and efficient, and delivery was perfect. The product has exceeded expectations with regards to quality and colour, and the installation instructions were clear and very helpful. Product is easy to use, and starts to warm the room quickly. The only issue is the look of a white cable against a dark blue wall as I don’t want to inset it into the wall. Nice to know that I’m using a renewable energy source too, in place of the gas fire.

Having used this company before and finding thier attention to detale refreshing, I decided to order another heater and two plug in timers.
These arived on time with all fitting kits and instructions , be aware that the delivery has to be signed for, I missed the delivery first time but they delivered the next day so no problem .
I shall without doubt use this company for all my heating supplies in future, many thank warm4less.

Excellent service and great product

Great customer service. And we love our infrared heaters. We have 2 now on our converted American school bus. Which we live on full time. They are way better than the diesel heaters we have been using for the last 3 years. Would highly recommend warm4less and their products

company sent me a faulty unit and replaced it without any hassle.one set of instructions do not tie up with the second set of instructions,(this is because they are all printed in china, and this is true of lots of stuff) when the summer comes I shall drop them a line, and tell them of this, and as the unit once you get this sorted out is ok, would recommend this unit, there could be people who have bought this unit and because of the instructions think it does not work,but it could be they are following the wrong set of instructions.
