Ordered 2 RFID Blocking wallets on the 30th April and despite two reminders have not received and the so called tracking information does not work. Cancelled order and asked for refund Pay Pal also notified.

Avoid this company like the plague!

I wish I'd read the reviews first! Paid £15 for 2 cat-hanging ornaments and they arrived broken, made of cheap plastic with a sticker of the picture on them. I could have made better myself (wish I had now!). The company are shamefully using Covid as an excuse not to have the package back and are refusing to give me a full refund. Don't use these cowboys - they should be shut down. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I was also duped into ordering the 'Stained Glass Birds'advertised on the Yahoo website for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I ordered two of the 7 birds, 2 'Stained Glass Owls', and 1 'Tiffinay Stained Glass Window Panel' as four of them were going to be for birthday presents. This all came to £94. I first thought it was all above board because it was advertised on Yahoo and surely Yahoo would not be putting on adverts without checking the authenticity of them. The order, which was supposed to be "Sent ASAP" seemed to be taking a long time - so I was a bit suspicious. I started checking further and it was not long before I found this website, the TrustPilot website, and others - all filled with loads of complaints and confirming I had been scammed. However, the goods I ordered had not been dispatched yet so I canceled the order
and told them to refund my credit card within 48 hours or I would report them for fraud. They replied - only to ask why I was canceling so they 'could do better next time' - and have not refunded my credit card. It is now two weeks later and I am going to take it further, reporting them to Trading Standards, etc. etc. and contacting all the websites that are selling their products. Under the Consumer Act I am legally entitled to a refund. But these scams are all coming from China and the companies concerned should be banned from selling products on such a fraudulent basis. But they use so many different names, different email address, and numerous websites - so they deliberately create confusion. Yahoo and Amazon should not be listing them either.

We ordered what we thought was a stained glass bird window ornament. Its a load of plastic rubbish and a warning to anyone not to deal with this firm. They are conning the public with this item.

My review is identical to those that then delivery (from China) was a piece of crap. I am greatly disturbed that I fell for this scam. It was to be a Mother's Day present. The problem is that this fake product is all over the Net under different names. It's obvious that, even, the reviews are part of the scam. I refuse to pay a cent for a product that was misrepresented. The authorities should put these people out of biz, an d then lock them up.

I would honestly give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered what looked like the most beautiful stain glass bird decoration to hang in my window. When it arrived it was literally a piece of plastic with a photo of the product printed out and stuck onto it. It took over three weeks to arrive and it is an absolute piece of crap. Looks like a toddler made it, and it cost me over £30!!! I am so disappointed. Do NOT waste your time or your money on this company, it only leads to disappointment and frustration.

Plastic Bird hanger. Absolute load of garbage, i too wish i had read reviews, lesson learned there. It is without doubt the worst thing i have ever been sent, plastic crap that does not even slightly resemble the photo on advert. I have been conned out of £25 for something not even worth 50p.I wish we could get them banned, but i guess they would open up in another name. Feeling Angry !!!!

Shame you cannot give zero stars! I have just received my so called ‘stained glass birds’ PLEASE BE WARNED it’s NOT glass it’s a tiny stickered acrylic item! Broken chain and I’ll be honest if I’d have seen it in Poundland I’d not given it second look. I’ve contacted warmdays who say “Due to the corona virus we cannot accept your package. 50% refund is all we can do. Best regards” literally just that! At £28 that would still leave me paying £14 for a plastic object that bares no resemblance to the advert! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

0/0!! I too wish I had read the reviews. I purchased what was supposed to be a pair of jean leggins, paid nearly £22.00 for this, order took ages and didnt arrive within designated timeline. Tried contacting their so called customer service via email, at times got no response, so had to persist, then I get message telling me the delays are due to Covid which I can understand but still felt something was wrong, it got sent out, I received the complete totally wrong item, a cheap made pair of huge loose baggy jeans with threads loose, I contacted Warmdays & notified their so called customer service, who were quite rude, abrupt & most unreasonably unhelpful, stating they would " Not" accept any refunds, then I kept messaging them, no reply, then, they tell me due to covid, I could only receive 20% refund, so I ended up having to open up a payment dispute against them asking Paypal to assist. When they saw I contacted Paypal to complain in dispute, they then try & barter by offering me 50%, again using covid as an excuse. This company Warmdays sent me the wrong item, would NOT accept they made an error & do not want to issue refunds/ exchanges, they are a total Scam with rude unacceptable customer service, making up excuses & nearly impossible to get hold off, thanks to the security of Paypal & their resolve centre will I only get a chance for a Full Refund as Paypal state I qualify with this product to receive a Full Refund which Warmdays clearly ignores! Beware, DO NOT buy from Warmdays, they are a nightmare to deal with. Also their products and clothes are of extreme poor quality, if they can be bothered sending you out the correct item, but expect a real battle from them should you request a refund or exchange, they will just simply ignore you!. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS PLEASE! 0/0 !!!!

they could have done so much better, had a good idea and complete selling a load of crap!

Received my stained glass birds window hanging today. Terrible!!!!!!! They are not glass. They are made of plastic with a transfer stuck on ( and not stuck on straight). Came with a chain thaf fell apart when i opened the bag. Not worth 50p!! Don't buy from this company.

Ordered from this company 18 April. Now 7 May and still not received item. Now really worried having seen reviews that I’m dealing with a bad company. Also item described as stained glass but in description it says acrylic? Not sure what to do now. Want my money back.

I ordered a mop plus 3 mop heads in January 2021, I received the 3 mop heads but no mop and I'm still waiting for the mop. I have contacted the company by email several times but still no reply, I have lost faith in the company but took my money. Warm days should be black listed. I have read other customers reviews and same thing has happened to them. I recommend no one should use this company.

This company should not be allowed to get away with this. Absolute disgrace & rubbish that they sell as stained glass & turns out it’s plastic. Mine arrived today, broken in half! Have demanded a refund. Hopefully everyone will now know not to buy from these scammers!

Rubbish plastic imitation of the photographed item worth less than a pound and charged £30! What is more, invited to return the items to CHINA at my own expense if not satisfied!
Shame on Facebook and Hermes for allowing this business to operate through them and rip people off!
