No sign of products and a possible delivery scam

No sign of products ordered 2 weeks ago. Today received an email sent to an address not supplied to this company and "apparently" from DPD. It stated that they had been unable to deliver the package due to an incomplete address and I could re-schedule delivery by filling in a long form and paying a fee. It actually stated also that if I did not respond BEFORE Dec 18 (today!) The goods would be returned to sender. I have obviously no intention of paying a fee for an error I could not be responsible for and informed Warmdays that I was content for the goods to be returned to them, my suspicions about the possibly "forged" DPD mail and for them to organise a new delivery. Then I happened to come here!

Previous reviewers are right. Facebook should not be allowing adverts from what seems a scam operation. I've probably had a £30 lesson.

EDIT: just contacted DPD and immediately get a recorded message advising of a phishing email for a re-delivery.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. Don't buy from this company. The guy that you knock down and it comes back together magneticly magic is a joke. It has a string through and it was never told on the ad. When asked to send back they want me to send back to China. No. 10 warehouse, 5th Building, Golden Lion Logistics Park
huang shan Str. 99
Southeast Development Zone
215500 changshu
jiangsu Province
China
This is a joke you pay shipping back to China. Stay away from these ads. I wouldn't mind paying return shipping but in the USA.

My order arrived in pieces

My order arrived in pieces. I've emailed them about 10 times and get an automated reply asking for photos and for a complaint number. I've sent photos and given them the complaint code but nobody gets back to me. That is £30 wasted. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I think Facebook is terrible for advertising this crap.

Warmdays Dreadful Scam

This a scam people making money out of the British. public. Facebook and Instagram no better allowing these people to advertise their wares on their site! I wish I had checked on Trustpilot first. Think about all those wonderful reviews on Facebook just yesterday! Beware you have been warned. Terrible customer service!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. No sign of my item arriving, it's not even with the delivery company 2 weeks after them telling me it was shipped. Tried countless times to email asking what was going on and just get an automated mail asking for random digit replies, then nothing. Can't even work out ho to cancel it as it relies on them actually responding to my emails.

Warmday were advertising on Facebook

Warmday were advertising on Facebook, it was a gadget for people with hearing problems, I thought that's me I will order one and try it. What a load of rubbish, so I complained to the company and were told if I wanted to return the item I would have to pay the postage which I did. I emailed Warmday and included pictures of the receipts from the post office, they have now sent me the same email about five times, I am 73 years old and I do not understand what they asking me to do with the email, I keep telling them I do not understand the email and it is pointless them keep sending me the same email. So now they have decided to ignore me all together. I have lost almost £30 .It is disgusting that these rogue companies are allowed to still be advertising on Facebook. Who will help me with this problem, I cannot afford to lose this money. My stress levels are high enough with covid around, and I am in the high risk category as I have lung fibrosis so really could do without this extra stress. I really hope someone reads this review and can finally get Warmday to do the decent thing and return my money.

Don't bothet

I have not received my item yet, it's late. No indication at time of ordering that it was coming from China otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. Trying to get a sensible response from the company about when I can expect delivery has proven to be nothing more than a head banging against the wall exercise. Unless you want to be driven round the bend, avoid this company.
Miraculously, after complaining yesterday, the two wrist bands I ordered arrived today. I cannot believe I paid over £20 for something I might have bought in Poundland. Complete rip off. After the absurd emails I had yesterday from their customer care, one of which was asking me to photograph an item which I did not have, I am not even going to bother sending them back and asking for a refund - I don't think I could stand all the stress. I will just chalk it up to experience. I have had some brilliant things from other Chinese companies, shame that this one has not lived up to expectations. Appalled that Facebook is running these ads. Repeat - Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered an item but it never arrived

Ordered an item but it never arrived.

Tried there customer service but kept getting a response to send a photograph of the item. How can I do that when the item was not delivered?

At the moment I think this is an untrustworthy company and should not be used. Probably a scam!!!
