Very very poor service will not order ever again my package has never been delivered,i think that you rob peaplrs money and never send there orders

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot be any clearer and as there is no option for no stars I have to give 1 star which is too generous. Despite sending 6 emails chasing an order, I have received no reply and no order, after waiting over a month. I have thrown £23 away to this Chinese robbing company who will keep your money, they should be taken off any search engine pages with immediate effect. I cannot believe they actually exist. Look at the other reviews posted - 96% at 1*, they say everything you need to know!

I sooo wish I had read on here before I wasted time, and money buying - hopefully will recieve soon, 3 flower mobile phone holders!! I can't find any phone numbers to call and speak to anyone about my order, and any emails that I have written to them never show up on my sent folder 😡 PLEASE Warmday SEND ME MY ITEMS AND REPLY TO PEOPLE'S EMAILS!! AND send confirmation emails to customers some have proof of our orders!

Ordered two Anti Snoring electronic device recieved two cheap and nasty none electronic ones emailed the company asking for a full refund I was told they do not except returns in this country and I would have to post them to there factory in china at cost to myself which would cost more then the £5 I paid. The next option they offered was I could have a 50% refund not including the postage I paid, so basically if I excepted there refund I would be £15 out of pocket for two items that probably cost a couple of quid if that to make, Why is Facebook allowing a company that is clearly scamming people reading the other comments on here to continue to advertise there cheap and nasty products???

do not nuy from this company items are cheap not as described i will be contacting facebook to have them removed from selling items

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Stay clear of this 'Chinese' company. Two pairs of jean leggings bought, which looked fantastic in the advert, so paid £35 including £4.50 postage. Absolutely crap, wouldn't pay £1 per pair let alone £14.99! When I contacted them they said they do not provide postage, but I could pay to return them myself, and they would require a tracking number, or, if I this was too expensive, then they would refund the cost of one pair. It cost more that £14 to send them to China!! Funny that, considering it was only £4.50 to send them to me. Never again, I have learnt my lesson.

Ordered to transformer remote control cars for my nephews £50 while they did arrive both cars don't work at all tryed to email several times no response wish I'd seen reviews first won't make that mistake again.

If only I had read the reviews first 😒 ordered two egg Bath toys for my grandchildren for Christmas not so much as an email to confirm the order. They never arrived but no way of contacting them to chase it up please save your money people !

Chinese company. Crap. Don't waste your money.

Ordered 2 sparkling unicorn necklaces for granddaughters for Christmas, supposed to be in gift boxes came in plastic bags, hardly a sparkle to see, cheap and not as described, would not recommend, not impressed.

Received goods. Cheap nasty and a waste of money. Nothing as advertised. Wish I had seen this site before I bought them. That's a lesson learned. Buy from trusted sites.
I have complained to the company let's see if they refund.

My order did not arrive it was apparently lost by Hermes but I am only able to contact Warmdays be email which they never answer satisfactorily.

Because their advert suggested they were a UK firm I ordered two Cpap contraptions that fit into your nostrils. They claimed they were run by batteries that were charged via USB. What arrived we’re just the contraptions no electronics just plastic. I have noticed others have fallen for this UK suggested site. I have emailed them my complaint but it throws back a automated firm to put your complain5 9n but that doesn’t work. Had I known it was a Chinese site I would have not gone near it. I will give them a cou0le of days to see if they reply then take it up with Pay Pal. I successfully won a claim with the recently against a Chinese firm. Recommendation. Don’t buy off Facebook. Facebook should be sorting out these scam adverts.

Order was nothing like what description said in all a load of rubbish wont be buying from them again and would advise others to stay clear wanted to give 0 beware a big cone they should be taken of internet

I ordered pink, I got black and its faulted. There is no strap attached to the 'shoulder bag' !!! So how am I meant to use it. Rubbish!

CON ARTISTS. They’ve taken my money and I’ve received no goods. PayPal should blacklist them. Wish I’d read the reviews.

Same with CheerLife and all the advertisements you get on Facebook. They are the same company but under different names. All come from China not based in the uk at all.Products look amazing in the adverts, but in reality are a heap of crap. DONT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES AT ALL. You will never get a refund and be left out of pocket. I know from experience.

Ordered three cross body bags. They are awful not suitable as the presents they were intended for. Great lesson learned though. READ THE REVIEWS. Also they take forever to arrive

Recieved my unicorn necklace, its cheap, dull & nothing like the picture it came in a little bag (no box) & its supposed to say "we love you" on the back as well as what it says in the front, i paid over £10 for it when i could have got the same one off Wish for £2 i deffinatly wont be ordering anything else & i wont be recommending you either
