Zack and Shaun arrived today to remove foam from my loft as we couldn’t sell the house with it installed. They worked very hard keeping me updated as they went thank you very much for your hard work.

Zack & Shaun came out to finish a job today and did an excellent job! Not easy in our small loft!

Zack and Shaun did a great job of spraying the wood and fitting the Foil in the loft, they tidied the kitchen and the two bedrooms and hallway.

I had Bradley round today to sort out an issue. He was friendly and efficient and the work looks good.

Zack and shaun came today and put foil up in my loft was a big loft but they worjes hars and let me know about the job they where hear to do vwry happy with the work cant wait ti save sone noney thankyou lad.

Sam and iiyah put a bit of foil in my loft I am an elderly person and the company have used that to their advantage made me sign a vulnerable customer form and charged me £5000 , absolutely disgusting con artists

The installers Sam and iiyah were polite and courteous and have done the job efficiently and have answered an queries to a sufficient standard

This company allow there reps to prey in the elderly and vulnerable.
Their rep "Oliver" cold called at my mothers house and asked if he could check her loft insulation. As my mother had just had her loft insulated on a energy scheme via the council she thought "Oliver had come to check the work that had been done so let him in.
He went upstairs and checked the loft then came back down and said that some work needed doing and this would cost £4,000.
Thankfully my mum didn't fall for it because she knew that a thorough job had already been done and sent him on his way.
Companies like this should be named and shamed and put out of business.

Arthur insulated our loft TLX multifoil. Price wasn't the lowest we were quoted, but the quality of install fells soild. Everything fitted tight and clean. I prefer paying once and doing it right.

Had spray foam loft insulation removed. They assured me that they do hundreds of these each week and had never had any problems. They came and finished within half a day, which I thought was a bit strange as most other quotes I had received said it should take a few days. Upon inspection, they had left a lot of insulation behind, and left a large number of holes in the felt. They came back again and stuck duct tape over the holes. when I complained about this, they came back again and stuck up bit of membrane that they stapled to the existing felt. When I asked if this was still water proof, I was brushed off and told it was fine. I was not happy with the work and got another company to come and see. They pulled away some of the existing insulation (matt) from the eaves and noticed that the eaves were still filled with insulation! They were obviously hoping that no one would climb into the eaves and check! They had even gone so far as to push existing insulation up to hide the fact that they had not removed it! I now have to get another company out to remove my whole roof to replace the felt and finish the job they started as I am not having them out for a 4th time to make even more mess!

They sent 2 new people to come and fix the mess and holes the last people left behind. They couldn't believe the amount of work that was required. They were expecting a few hours of work and were here for almost 12 hours! They took out a massive bag of foam. However when I checked 2 days later there were still loads of rips in the felt and a whole bunch of foam left behind. They had also burst an overflow pipe and hidden it so it had leaked for 2 days! My husband and I then spent 5 hours each just clearing out more foam. I complained again, and the director refused to believe my claims, despite him sending me photos his guys took (which actually clearly showed rips and foam left behind!). He also cancelled the survey which was part of my original contract, which was the only guarantee they had done the job correctly!. Have now taken this up with trading standards and the credit card company. Their service is shocking, but so is their customer service! Avoid, or if you do use them, make sure you pay with credit card so you have some guarantees!
