Zak and Mark arrived yesterday nice and early and removed the foam insulation and installed foil in my loft very happy with there work and attention to detail thank you very much would highly recommend zack and the company.

Targeting the elderly.

My dad in his 80’s got a cold
Call at 9.30am in the morning by this company who he has never heard of before. By 1pm a Jordan Cobb was in his house trying to sell him insulation for his loft as his was moldy and no good in his opinion, even though a new roof was fitted only ten years ago !!! I walked in just before he was going to tell him the cost and asked what was going on. I stopped the conversation and I told him I wanted to research the company etc before we decided on anything as I have come across unacceptable sales standards in my professional work. He packed up and sharply left when I told him we would not be taking it any further. Less than thirty minutes later my elderly father received a call from a lady from this company berating us for asking the salesperson to leave and being totally unprofessional in her attitude towards us. Could not believe her rudeness so I terminated the call. Treating someone who is elderly and little confused is totally shocking. Would never trust this company based on the service I witnessed today.

Dodgy Company - won't send email confirmations.

I was cold called - saying it was a Government initiative to help people. A free survey was offered - on the condition that - both myself and my husband would attend. I was then rung by Mike from I don't know where, to fix an appointment. We agreed on a date and time, but Mike kept trying to change the time. We then agreed on another date. I asked for an email confirmation of who was coming, the time and what they were doing. Nothing came - I chased and still nothing. I said if I didn't have an email confirmation I would cancel the appointment - didn't hear anything until the surveyor rang and said he was on his way. I politely told him what had happened, which he accepted. I then got an very rude call from Mike demanding to know why I cancelled (he obviously doesn't bother reading his texts, or listens to what people tell him). He then said 'thanks for wasting my time' and put the phone down! Don't think he realised that he had wasted my time, my husband's time and Karl's time.

Loft insulation

From the starter Sam & Harry introduced themselves were very polite & friendly. Once they started they were very efficient got on with the job and was done in no time no mess & cleaned everything up before the left. On completion of the job Sam went through what they had done explaining everything. I was very happy with everything.

Warmer Home, Lower Bills

Last week, I had Terry from Warmer Solutions round to give me a quote for loft insulation. He was more than happy when I followed him into the loft, he explained what he was doing and what the results of his survey meant for me. He was happy to explain the process and very patient when it came to my asking questions. Date, time and price agreed. Today Alex and Victor both lads were polite and friendly, arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and just got on with it. Once finished, they were more than happy to show me the end result. Very tidy workers, they bagged up and removed the excess foil and re-laid the excess rock wool that was in the loft.
Thank you Terry, Alex and Victor. I can now look forward to lover heating bill. Would definitely recommend Warmer Solutions

Zac and Mark arrived spot on time. Dust covers provided to protect stair carpet. They worked tirelessly and tidily. Very pleased with the installation would fully recommend them and the company for excellent service.

alleged fraud - finance taken out in elderly and severely disabled dad's name

Cold calling and aggressive hard sell to vulnerable elderly and disabled people. Read other similar reviews.

Two men from Warmer Solutions cold called my dad at his home. My dad is severely disabled - at this point, when they called, dad was in immense pain and was housebound and on morphine.

Somehow, someone got a hold of my dad's email address, of which he doesn't even know exists, we set it up on his phone (dad cannot even use a remote control properly) they used a finance broker to apply for finance; the link was sent to the email address. The finance provider needed confirmation that works were carried out and have use the email account to do this - the funds were released to Warmer Solutions and dad left with a debt of over £8,000.

Dad has worked hard all his life and pays for his care, his house is in poor condition - so why would we EVER pay over £8,000 to have a 'water proof' substance painted on his crumbling property. We have to pay £5,000 to get a new roof as his carers cannot safely enter the property - dad had a direct debit being taken out of his account of over £134 a month.

We don't know 'who' completed the finance application but it is not possible that it is dad. I have LPA for dad as he does not have capacity. At least we won't have huge debt being sold on to a debt collector agency, (unlike they did to some vulnerable people whose review is on here) - simply because they got the money.

We have reported this to the police and Action Fraud - the FCA are investigating the finance company. I know that the broker no longer works with Warmer Solutions. Next, is Trading Standards and a television watch-dog programme. We will find the IP address of which device was used to apply for the finance.

The LA are working closely with us as dad has a social worker.

Buyer Beware !

Do your research before using Warmer Solutions. They overcharge! Stupidly, having fallen for the salesman’s patter, I signed up. When offered a next day installation I accepted, giving me no chance to reflect. Had I ‘shopped around’ I would have discovered I had been taken for a ‘mug!’ The materials used have been costed at £2000 with labour/admin another £1000 and yet I was charged £6686! I’m all for the company making a profit but this was excessive. I have no complaints about the installers, Zack & Leon who were professional and finished the job on the same day.

Joe and Sheldon were a credit to

Joe and Sheldon were a credit to, and excellent advert for, Warmer Solutions. They arrived on time, all the way from Nottingham, and were friendly and courteous. They explained the process of loft insulation fully and then worked diligently, showing me 'before and after photographs and cleaning up thoroughly afterwards.

I was very pleased with the work and attitude of Mitch and Jordan when they installed attic insulation for me today. There were one or two awkward areas which they handles very. professionally and cheerfully. A credit to the company. Their work was neat and tidy. Just had yearly check done up in my loft…

Just had yearly check done up in my loft. Happy with the service and the team are lovely. Had a problem with some drafting and heat escaping in one of my rooms, they managed to get it sorted quickly and it’s made a massive difference. Lovely company, would recommend😊

I was called a stupid b....…

I have just come off the phone after being called a stupid b..... I had been contacted by Energy Advice Centre who said he would arrange for a good surveyor to come see me, and he suggested 1pm that day. I told him that was inconvenient, an appointment of 11am the following morning was agreed. He ddnt know, at that time, what firm it would be.He also informed me that it would take 1 to 11/2 hrs. I told him 1hr was all I would accept.
10 mins later I received a call. I had to ask for the name of the firm, who then identified themselves as Warmer Solutions. They then proceeded to ssk if they could come and see me at 1pm that day, then 10 am next day, I finally agreed to12.00. They said they would phone before they came. Because I was rather wary, the whole episode just didn't feel right (plus I had just come out of hospital 2days before) I decided to cancel.
I tried several times to contact both firms.The Centre was totally unavailable, and warmer solutions just ended straight away. When they phoned this morning and when I cancelled, he started to badger me then berated me and ended by calling me a stupid b....
