Preying on the elderly
Jordan cobb visited my elderly mother and passed himself off as a surveyor, pushed his way into the house then commenced to try and and book in work costing around £4K. Fortunately I visited my mother a couple of days later and was able to intercept!!

Great experience
Great first meeting with a surveyor from the team. Very friendly and talked me through all the key bits. I felt no pressure to buy the product, even though the survey highlighted some major issues with damp so work definitely needed doing. The fitting team were great. Arrived promptly, did the work quickly to a very high standard and cleared away after.
Scamming the elderly and vulnerable
If I could give zero stars, I would. Warner Solutions preyed on my elderly, vulnerable, and disabled mother by cold-calling her and offering a “free loft check.” Upon arrival, they were friendly at first, saw my even older, wheelchair-bound stepdad, then went up to inspect the loft. They came down with photos of black mould—later found to be fake pictures—and used scare tactics to pressure her into agreeing to insulation work.
They rushed her into paying a £1,200 deposit for a £4,700 job, completely disregarding her legal right to a 14-day cancellation period. Within just two days, they claimed they had materials ready and tried to force her into going through with it. When I stepped in to cancel, their receptionist was rude, dismissive, and insisted she had no authority to stop the work. Despite me making it very clear that my mother was confused, upset, and did not want the work done, a man still called her to intimidate her into proceeding.
Only when I threatened police action did they finally agree to refund the deposit. This company is nothing short of predatory, unethical, and exploitative—preying on elderly and vulnerable people with aggressive sales tactics and blatant lies. Avoid them at all costs.
Left a google review on behalf of my mum, she received a call the following day threatening legal action against me for defamation of their business.

Whether you believe in all their hype is really down to you - much in the same way some people believe in solar panels!
Some of the benefits are there for sure, however.
We had a few delays, largely down to the fact that there were problems in obtaining a suitable loft hatch - I wanted to have old one replaced with new one that had integral ladder.
The team was led by Adam who was conscientious, thorough and painstaking, doing a professional job to a high level of workmanship.
I could not ask for more!

Avoid this company at all costs
These guys prey on the vulnerable. My mother is 78 and has dementia they talked her into super foil installation, when the guy was at the property he removed valuable items from her loft and left them in the garage which we believe he intended to come back to help himself to at a later date. The materials on this would have cost about £500.00 so my mother was charged £1000.00 per hour for installation. Avoid at all costs. Then when we raise a complaint they get RedWood Debt Collectors on to my 78 year old mother.
Quick and efficient fit
Harry and John arrived on time. Very friendly and helpful. Did a really good job and left everything tidy when they left. Would recommend them and this company.

Sam and Harry came out to do all the insulation, treated the timbers, fitted the foil and new insulation in the loft in my mum's house. They were on time even though they travelled from Nottingham and were really friendly explaining what they were doing. They did a great job and worked really hard and made sure they cleaned up after themselves and the price was really good too.
We would definitely recommend Sam and Harry to anyone who needs the work doing. Well done guys. If we could give them a 10 star rating we would.

Removed old insulation and installed new in both my loft for the main house and extension, very polite young men, did a great job, cleaned and tidied up after completing. Highly recommend
Poor Workmanship …
Warmer Solutions beware this company may give you a good deal but, customer service, and workmanship are both poor.
Work started on 4 Feb & finished on 7 Feb to a disgusting level by 3 x workmen I could not believe the state they left our loft in!
Dirt/rubble and bits of board flooring left everywhere.
Flooring laid at different levels and some sections not even screwed in.
Boards laid any how, no care or attention given.
Excess lagging thrown around the sides of the area.
New loft hatch frame moved when gaining access and not boxed in fir a finish!! Nothing like the image they advertise in their brochure.
2nd team arrived on Friday 14 Feb to sort out the mess. Worked hard and able to fix many of the snags to an acceptable level. Not fantastic but 100% better than the 1st team.
It took my husband and I, all day today to clean and sort out all the issues we highlighted to turn our loft into the area we paid for and expected.
So disappointing!!
WE were not able to see the work started or completed due to the first team locking off the hatch door and telling us we could not open the door for 48 hours, while they made their quick getaway.
Complaints email sent straightaway, spoke to Ryan MD who was happy to discuss issues raised, but failed to fully inform 2nd team of our expectations. Russell (2nd Team) worked hard to repair the work having to pop out twice to get more materials but happy to comply and showed me every change made until the repairs were of an acceptable level. Taking a day to resolve and not the 2 hours expected!
During this time we received over 4 x telephone calls chasing the final payment from the Payments Team who were not informed of our dispute. Clearly no effective communication present.
Managed to get a discount on the final payment due the 1st team's accident with a bedroom ceiling. It was their 2nd accident that week!! They promised to repair this to a high standard but left the plaster tape showing which the 2nd did their best to patch up but it still wasn't perfect.
Trading Standards contacted all issues noted. Beware it's all about the money and not the care with this company.
