Prior to the quote and fitting Russell came and reviewed the work required and offered really helpful advice and solutions. Once booked in Mark and his team came and fitted a cast iron radiator including floor levelling that had been a problem for a while. This now looks brilliant and is completely level and secured to the wall. In addition we had a new boiler and smart thermostat installed which is a massive upgrade over the previous boiler and we are really pleased with it. We were hugely impressed with the service from Russell and Mark from the communication and updates up to fitting date and the experience on the day of fitting. Mark and his colleague were polite, friendly and very efficient. It is nice to get such great and personal service and much appreciated. They really made the whole process very easy and stress free.

Communication excellent. Arrived promptly on the arranged day. My boiler was to be replaced and two radiators installed. They completed the work quickly and tidied up, putting furniture back in it's place. I had made a mistake with a set of valves, so they had to return to swap them. They fitted me in on the day I phoned to say I had the replacements. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. Would recommend them.

They have just installed a new gas boiler for us and were totally professional at every step: very prompt with both quotes and installation work; explained all the options honestly and very well; did everything they said they would when they said they would; very high standard of work and cleared everything away afterwards; excellent communication throughout; and always very courteous and pleasant. And all at a competitive price. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Rare to get such professional service.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Warm For Life. They proved to be an excellent company with polite, friendly, helpful and tidy staff. The whole experience from choosing to fitting the boiler was handled perfectly.

I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed today with an easy control and I have to say the staff at Warm for Life from the Directors to the installation team are fantastic! The guys at Warm for Life are brilliant! The whole process from initial contact, to them visiting to give me a quote and then returning to do the work was superb. I was able to get an initial estimate online for getting a new boiler installed and could also book an appointment online for a visit to get a quote. Russ contacted me the following day to let me know they could come a few days earlier than planned to give a quote which was very welcome. Russ and Mark visited to do the quote, sent a text in advance to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes and did arrive exactly on time. They assessed the work that needed doing, gave me a very helpful suggestion when I asked for some additional work and were extremely pleasant guys all round. They sent the quote the same day and followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any questions which they answered promptly. The work was booked in for around 2 weeks later and they sent a reminder the day before. Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake arrived on the date booked at exactly the time agreed. They did a great job, installed my new boiler and a new radiator, cleaned up after themselves, took the old boiler and rubbish away, let me know about a small issue which was not a problem and were thoroughly nice guys to boot. The whole thing from start to end was an extremely pleasant experience and I can’t rate them highly enough, I’d give 10 stars out of 5 if that was possible! I really value good customer service and these guys have the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, plus I now have a very warm home! I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, many thanks Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake.

Highly recommend Warm for Life. At every point they are punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and deliver on their promises with no surprises. We changed from a regular to combi boiler swapping out some tricky taps as well.
They did a fantastic job.

I booked Warm For Life to diagnose and fix my boiler which had broken down some time ago.
After a bad experience with an engineer from another company, I had been a little nervous about booking anyone else. However, I was really happy with the friendly, professional nature of all of the WFL team that I encountered (keeping me informed throughout and managing expectations about what may or may not be possible).
The engineer also was more than happy to wear a face mask when inside the house, which I appreciated.
They might be a tiny bit more expensive than other companies out there but I think for a good level of customer care and service it is worth paying that little bit more for peace of mind and quality. I will use again on future and will recommend.
