Appalling
Appalling. Ordered some screw in tent pegs £25 2 weeks ago. Not received them and never had any emails or contact from company despite me emailing them 3 times now. They said they would email me when my.items were dispatched. Never received that email..no tracking no nothing.!! Bad service when they don't respond to you after taking your money!!
Have escalated a refund via PayPal!
If I could have given 0 star that's what you would have got from me!!!
Only email I have received is one offering different products for sale!! Your joking!! You can't even send out my 1st order so why the hell would I waste any more money or time in this 💩 company !!!!

Magnetic balls
My mum used to say, if you can't say nothing nice, don't say nothing at all. Sorry mum, can't keep my mouth shut. I bought magnetic cube balls for a christmas present Dec 2023. Order arrived late, one item opened and played with. (They were not as advertised anyway). I emailed them twice a week for a return address. Got it end of Jan 2024. I had to return the items out of my pocket to China. I got proof of return. 13 April, still sending a weekly email for refund, still out of pocket £50 and no present.

The finish is starting to wear off on the three of the four I own after about 4-months. The magnet on one came off the plastic holder. Quality is lacking.

bought a product for rejuvenating car plastics, video shows greyed plastics being returned to black using " crystal coating" product. It DOES NOT work, it is truly awful, hopefully ill get a refund but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
