I ordered an item that broke once upoin using. I have sent 3 emails to complain in the last 6 weeks and have not heard anything back. No contact number to call. Very frustrating.

Useful items, just as described. Took ages to arrive.

Purchasing process was so easy. I was kept informed by the supplier through all stages of the progress of the order. Delighted with the service and the product. I would have given 5 stars had I received the order quicker, but I can understand the slight delay.

I ordered 2 green oil sprayer/pourers. Specifically wanted green to match kitchen decor. Arrived labelled as green, but very clearly are yellow. One was broken, which was obvious as bits fell out of the box as soon as it was opened. I have tried to contact Warmyard, sending photos and asking for a refund. They have not even acknowledged my emails and I can’t find a phone number.

I was super excited for these headbands but when they arrived, I received three head bands that were the exact same color, a brown one, and a black one that was not the same material or look as the rest. Some also we’re visibly dirty with black spots🤮 They are basically useless since they are dirty and not what I wanted. Do not buy

I appreciate these were made many miles away but the quality is very good and they were well-worth the wait. The tracking was excellent and final delivery was via my local Post Lady.
