This is about ‘WB Shop UK’ specifically. DO NOT order through them (-try alternative, reputable online stores). Rather than simply dealing with my enquiry, they have decided blocked me on Twitter instead. They’re fantastic at advertising their promotions but not so good when it comes to honouring them. They have ripped me off and not refunded me. You can leave messages (by text or phone) but no one will contact you back. They’re unworthy of representing the WB brand!!!

You can contact Warner Bros Shop UK by leaving a message (text or phone) but they do NOT get back to you!!! I have been ripped off by them because they did not honour their online promotions. The only positive reviews here are for WB Studios. So, don’t be mistaken...Warner Bros Shop UK operates like confidence tricking cowboys. The worst company I’ve ever experienced!!!!!

For such a big company there customer service is terrible I placed an order which I never received made many attempts at contacting them to no avail I won’t be using them again

Wb have no respect. They made a cartoon shown to my children where everyone who didn't like their new programme was ugly and stupid and a wreck. A full on 10 minute insult to anyone who doesn't like thundercats roar, avoiding any reasonable debate. I was annoyed when I tried to send them an email, but on discovering that they never allow complaints to be sent in and addressed I'm properly p***ed off at them. As such I shall direct the kids to watch something else when they are in the mood for teen titans go. Appalling and childish behaviour from what used to be a decent company.

There is no customer support. Twitter, discord or official tickets, none are answered. I've been waiting for a year now and have had multiple attempts. It's not that's it's bad, it's completely absent. Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant from start to finish. Staff amazing. Freddie and Becky made behind the seams interesting and informative. Loved loved loved it !

Love love! The Harry Potter tour would Defo go again such an awesome place to be. Cant wait to go back on my next London Trip!

What a total scam

Please don't bother to advertise the digital download of a title that is supposed to be available when a person has purchased a DVD or Blu Ray if you have no intention of making it possible to redeem.

Your instructions are non existent, there is nowhere to contact customer care, and if you try and sign up to see if that is how to redeem the title all the site does is try an opt you into marketing.

This is without doubt one of the worst websites I have ever been on.

I can only comment on the studio tour in Watford. Busy place with a hefty queue to enter but once in the whole place is mesmerising. A must for a Harry Potter fan. I'm no fan but I enjoyed the whole tour. The butterbeer ice cream is one to try for sure.
One downside is the horrendous price of everything you can purchase, this is beyond a joke!

My christmas present was some Harry Potter things from their website, but one of my things have not arrived and it has almost been a month. The people behind the customer service does not pick up the phone when you call (in the open hours), and does not answer on mail. It is so annoying and i really want my christmas present. The things there were ordered is now out of stock on the website, but they still said they had send it....

One of the biggest and one of my favorite entertainment companies, with great movies and tv shows, not to forget Two and a half men which is my favorite. Keep bringing the good stuff
