Absolute let down!

Honestly I feel so let down from a company I had so much faith in! Pre ordered some stuff for release on 1 October, Warner Bros being a trusted name I didn’t even think I needed to check the reviews so just pre ordered assuming once the release date came they’d be on the ball and sending out my items. A week has passed, I did chase them to which I got a reply saying they will check with the vendors and get back to me, since then absolutely nothing. It’s quite clear they are using their big name to make money and then passing it onto other incompetent companies to deal with third party. Wish I had checked the reviews before, never again!

Pre ordered item, still not here.

Pre ordered an item that is a week late. A re order was placed as they lost the original parcel in transit but I have received no information on this order. Customer service would not help and just ignore emails. A very unprofessional company.

I've always had a great service from…

I've always had a great service from them, used them around 6 times, I always get an email conformation and the items arrive within a few days. They have some great offers and exclusives and 10% off your first order.

This business cannot be for real

This business cannot be for real. Is this seriously the quality that Warner Bros. offer? Surely this has to be a con. I ordered a Harry Potter Blu Ray set which was exclusive to the store, so couldn't buy elsewhere and they have refused to provide me with the Tracking Number for the last 3 weeks. They respond to each email about 7 days later, and then refuse to intervene or cooperate. They refuse to provide the Tracking Number and say "sorry our supplier hasn't sent it out" when I received a dispatch email listing the Tracking Number as "null". They then refused to refund me my money back, and now they are not responding to any emails at all. I've lost my money to these fraudsters.

Appalling customer service

No reply whatsoever from customer services after trying to get a refund on an order. No telephone number available so email is the only way to contact them so this is especially poor. 8 days waiting so far.

Terrible Customer Service

One of the items I ordered arrived damaged, sent 2 separate emails to customer service and haven't received any reply or acknowledgement from them. First email sent on the 6th of January and I am still waiting for a reply, in the meantime I'm stuck with a damaged item. Avoid !

Ordered a 4k blu ray on the website

Ordered a 4k blu ray on the website. They send out a dvd instead and after contacting them twice they still haven't got back to me. This is the worst business I have ever bought from online and will never do so again

Warner Brothers dispatched andamaged item

I purchased a special DVD and the item arrived damaged. It was clearly dispatched damaged (with a badly ripped dvd box), as the postal packaging was intact. 4 emails, and 2 weeks later and Warner Brothers are still fobbing me off saying they will have to contact their distributors to find out what they can do to put the situation right! In the meantime, I could not give this item as a present and had to buy an alternative gift. Warner Brothers always email at 9.30pm/10pm BST about 5 days after you email them, which makes me wonder if they are managing their UK operation from overseas? The customer service is abysmal. Take the reviews onboard and don't waste your own valuable time - just go to a shop and get a standard dvd.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful.
Purchased a product on the 11th December. Still not received the product. It cost £180. Absolutely no communication since ordering. Used social media and contacted the store that way. Was informed that the item was shipped but still not received. I was informed it would be shipped expressed delivery but this didn’t seem to be the case. There’s no option to talk to someone directly and they won’t give me a refund. Read the reviews on trust pilot before ordering and save yourself the hassle. Certainly would not recommend. There’s also no way to track the parcel unless you use another app which does not provide you with any information as to the parcels whereabouts.

Disappointed customer

Exactly the same thing happened to me regarding the Harry Potter steel books (review written by peeved customer) also my details disappeared from the website pre ordered expected it on launch date 29/11/21 didn’t receive the item I wrote email after email with no responses, no tracking number, customer service is appalling I personally would never order from them again, hope you got yours Peeved customer in the end as I did but very disappointed in what I went through to get it.

useless customer service

Took £143.99 off of me for a 4k blu-ray collection, no sign of my order on my account, sent wbshop my receipt of purchase..had no reply about my order. had to open a case on paypal….very disappointed.

Goods not delivered, no shipping notifications, zero communication, 100% scam artists.

I spent £160 on PRE-ordering the 4K Harry Potter steelbook collection (emphasis on the PRE part of preorder; I should’ve received it on launch day). It was supposed to launch 3 days ago - since then my WB account has been deleted (along with all trace of my order - so I can’t track it online or anything), I’ve received no email with tracking or shipment information, their support isn’t replying to any emails or Tweets and they don’t have a phone number to call on. The money has been taken from my bank and there’s effectively no way to speak to them to find out what’s happening.

Wouldn’t have thought I’d have had to search for reviews of the official WB shop online, but I wish I had, since the overwhelming majority of online reviews are negative I would never have bothered.

To make things worse, the collection has now been marked as SOLD OUT on their website so I can already see my order being cancelled. I’ll give them a week to sort it, if not I’ll just tell my bank these cowboys have scammed me and get my money back.
