What a mistake, I should never have ordered from this site.
Preorder released today and nothing arrived, contacted on their chatbot then got a reply which was about a different item altogether.
Asked for a refund, will never again use them, horrendous experience.

Atrocious online retailer. Two weeks and no shirt - chased them again and told yet another 7 to 10 business days before despatch. Highly recommend NOT using this business unless you are happy to wait and wait and wait.

I wish I’d checked this - first we got the wrong shirt and 2 months later still no product and no refund and customer service is awful - DO NOT USE

Paid more to get from a reputable company. For UK tracking copy the tracking number and go to evri as the link provided does not work. For football shirt prices I expected football shirt quality. Could probably get this down the market for a tenner. Lesson learned

I purchased the AFC Richmond shirt. 2 weeks for delivery but charged me £7:95 for the privilege.

I ordered a Ted Lasso T-shirt. Over a week had passed. No item. I emailed them chasing the item as the tracking number wasn’t working. No response! A week later I send another email, again there was no response. Unless you have money to throw away, do not buy anything from this company

Ordered Ted Lasso Jamie Tartt shirt on 2nd June and received it on the 10th in good order.
Very satisfied with the product and the fit.

So bought a bluray and forgot about it with a digital download. Went to put code in and offer expired. So basically a waste of time and if never used shouldn't expire. Feels like a total con. So won't be purchasing their app for watching online. They make so much money and can't redeem 1 download.

It’s unbelievable how bad this site is, I’m actually at the point I’m not sure if it’s a scam website.

Ordered over £250 of Ted Lasso merchandise and nearly 10 days later all I’ve received is 5 mugs of which because not packed properly 2 are broken and I can’t get a response through the website or complaint tab on the website, absolutely disgraceful

Stay away – this is labelled as the 'UK' store, and gives every impression that things will be shipped from there, but this is absolutely not the case. Huge delays in despatching my order, and looking at the tracking details one part was shipped from Frankfurt, and another part from Charlotte, North Carolina. Ordered three weeks ago and no sign of anything, appalling.

Would have given it no stars if it were an option.
I purchased The Green Mile (Steelbook Version) but unfortunately it arrived dented. I reached out and received the following reply “We are very sorry to hear that your item has arrived not as expected. We strive to send out the highest quality products. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a replacement for the reported damage to the packaging with blemishes or dents, or tears in the packages.”
Wish I’d checked trust pilot before purchasing.

Ordered 6 days ago, paying £11.95 for 'expedited delivery', and guess what. My order hasn't moved an inch and they havent replied to 3 requests for an update.

When shopping with a brand as famous as Warner Bros, I didn't even think I'd end up in this situation. Is this site actually affiliated correctly with WB? Or is it a sc*m?

Oh well, off to Paypal to open a Dispute and get my money back I guess :-(

As the other reviews said avoid this company received new Funko pop and was damaged when I opened it outside packaging wasn’t damaged so was packed already damaged and customer care said they won’t do nothing for damaged packaging
Not a happy customer when buying from a proper company I expect a mint product otherwise might as well buy off eBay etc

Don't buy Funko pop's in the UK Shop if you're an in the box collector. The packaging Box is to thin to prevent damage from shipping. You can't order a protector with you're order. Funko Pop Boxes are damaged if they arrive at you're house and the support desk is not willing to help in any way. No refund or discount if you recieve damaged funko boxes. 😡 Don't buy here any funko Pop's!!!!!!

Paid a lot of money for a Limited Edition Funko POP! and box arrived torn, crushed and dented. As a collector of BOXED POPs, this item is worthless. Came in just a cardboard box, no bubble wrap, or paper. Contacted customer services and was told they will not be offering a refund because its only the box thats damaged, and proceeded to tell me to enjoy my item. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at ALL costs. The reviews on here speak volumes, wish I'd seen them prior to using this scam of a company.

Dreadful. Will not be ordering again. Ordered a Chris present on the 25th of November and it’s still not here. Customer service is dreadful the first time they give me the wrong date I ordered( they said I ordered 5 days before I actually did) then suddenly they are offline for days and I’ve tried on several different times. Absolutely useless company. I’ve emailed lots with no reply. Spent over 100 euro on this site to now have a disappointed partner for Christmas. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY WELL AWAY.

This site looks really legitimate but I suggest you stay well away. I ordered a hoodie on the 4th December, which has still not arrived. When I chased the order they did not get back to me. I had to go back yo my credit card company to get my money back. Very bad show.

Absoutely awful experience. Wish I had read reviews first.

Ordered November 25th with a despatch estimate of 3-4 working days.

Was never despatched and every time I tried to speak to someone on live chat, it claimed they were offline.

The 'customer service' agent just kept advising I wait until the estimated dates, which low and behold, kept changing when that despatch date was missed.

Awful service. Would never buy from them again.

Ordered a Cassette from them. It wasn't visibly damaged, but was faulty when played. Tried different players, no difference.
Contacted their appalling customer service and they wouldn't let me send it back for a replacement. They wanted me to record an example of the tape playing. Like jumping through hoops to get anything done. Still got the faulty cassette. They've basically ripped me off. Not what you'd expect from such a large organisation. I suspect it is just poor culture in their UK Customer Service dept.

I will never order from this company again. I never received my order (it never even shipped!. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions by email and never received a response. I am now trying to get my money back via the credit card company I used to pay for the order. I have asked the company for a refund - zero response. Never again!
