Communication awful, arrived quickly , wasn't told it was even sent
I ammended this because firstly they didn't know what the hell was going on. They didn't return my email,as my order was listed as in warehouse,I wasn't happy especially taking to a AI bot.
Anyway out the blue it turns up so, three day delivery is actually pretty good.
I'm giving 3.5/5 simply for the dreadful communication, honestly didn't have to, could of been a 4.5/5 because no one's perfect.
If my order turns up I will amend.
And so it did f#£k nearly fainted.

Awful, awful, awful. I am struggling to understand how a global brand with such a media spotlight, a brand who can make multimillion pound movies can’t seem to manage an e-commerce site.
Please don’t think that I am not a man on a mission, I am not. However, I want to help others avoid the experience I have had and not to fall down the rabbit hole I went down.
On the 13th September I ordered a top for my daughter, I paid £7.95 for shipping and nearly £60 for the top. At the time of writing this review, 30th October the top has still not arrived.
Every time I have chased Warner Bros UK. I kept getting a generic reply that your order had an issue at the warehouse and that deliver will be in the next 7 to 10 days. I’ve chased weekly for the last 4 to 5 weeks, I have now given up.
This tragic saga has gone on for weeks and sadly still no top, and a very disappointed dad. When I do email, the replies from Warner Bros often take days and I usually have to send multiple chases.
In my last email I asked if I could raise a complaint. Explaining that I am frustrated and that I felt this was not acceptable, however, Warner Bros UK wouldn’t allow me to complain.
I feel very disappointed by the service, the brand and this maybe the worst shopping experience I have ever received. And let’s face it, it’s a £60 top, it’s not a complex or high value item.
So, I ask that before you shop with Warner Bros you consider other vendors first.
It’s to late for me, but save yourself.

Still yet to receive it- app just says ‘order received’ and no progress since. Have requested a refund twice and no reply. DO NOT order from them- absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing from every angle. If goods are no longer available, at least give your customers regular updates!!!!!!

I ordered a Ted Lasso shirt from Warner Bros UK in early September with the intention of giving it as a birthday present in late October. More than three weeks after the initial order, I had heard absolutely nothing from Warner Brothers - so contacted their customer services via email (the only route possible). It took them two full weeks to reply to a single email - and all I got is a generic "we will let you know when it's ready to ship" message in response. I waited two more weeks - and still absolutely nothing. I contacted their customer service again who were even less helpful this time and could offer no further insight as to when the shirt might arrive. The only bright side is that they arranged for me to have a full refund immediately when requested. It is absolutely disgusting that Warner Brothers continues to advertise stock for sell that it clearly doesn't have, nor does it have any any idea when this stock might be available. Be very wary of buying anything as they will take your money and keep it for months while stringing you along.

Horrid customer service
My fiancé ordered a customised Ted Lasso shirt with my new surname on it, as a wedding gift to me for our wedding next week.
It was ordered three weeks ago. After two weeks, there was no update on my order - I emailed, they said there'd been a delay in production and that the 10-12 business day timeframe for production would start then.
I need the shirt by Monday the 23rd, as that's when we leave for our wedding abroad. I emailed them today to ask for an update, and the shirt STILL hasn't been made. They have once again extended the shipping date, and despite me asking multiple times what the actual reason for the delay is, I am met with no answers.
I'm so disappointed. Shirt was ordered with what we thought was plenty of leeway - clearly not. It has tainted our wedding experience.

Took them 30 days of back n forth and templated answers to realise they haven't even started processing my order that I was planning to take as a gift abroad to my friend. When I asked about shipping it directly to my friend, was met with 'Is Kazakhstan in the UK?'. At least had a good laugh.

Avoid - paid £7.95 for standard delivery, chased after the forth working day, received an email with tracking for EVRI, says it’s in transit so you no longer can cancel it. Chased again a few working days later, told email was sent prematurely and to wait another 7 to 10 working days. Tried to raise a complaint and no responses to email. Luckily I ordered via my credit card so will be asking for a refund. Mailed CEO and nothing, they don’t care. Read the other reviews that have a similar experience. Please avoid.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, I work in customer service myself and get things go wrong there’s delays but I ordered a Ted Lasso shirt on 5th September and still not received it! I’ve emailed and get a copy and paste reply of there’s been a delay it’s 7/10 business days 3 times off 3 ‘different’ advisors! I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded which has been ignored!! Sort it out Warner Bros

I've sent 3 requests for an update. No replies, but have had them read so they could email me a response to tell me they've put all 3 requests onto one ticket
So they're reading the issue, but not doing anything about it.

Ordered an item that was instock. After 2 weeks it had still not even been dispatched so I cancelled the order. Absolutely pathetic. I would strongly advise purchasing your goods elswhere, where they actually care about fulfilling their obligations.
