Warranty First is an excellent company to deal with. I have been with them for 3 years and I have just entered another 3 year policy.
This time I spoke to Alex. Oh my word he did his job so well. Thank you for the outstanding communication whilst setting up my ongoing 3 year policy. I did not feel in the slightest pressurised at all. Alex explained in full all policies open to me even ringing me back the next day, as promised, giving me time to think about each one.
Alex was knowledgable, efficient and highly professional throughout. I appreciate the exceptional service. Thank you.
I have had to use my policy for repairs to my car over the 3 years, finding Warranty First an easy to deal with company, providing a quick turn around service. Many Thanks.

I received a 6 month warranty when I purchase my car and have just renewed on a 2 year plan. Aiden was very helpful and explained the cover and payments. Ease of use for garage is a big plus as I live in a small town. Documents received within minutes with all the contacts and details required. Highly recommend Warranty First.

Highly recommend looking at this company before using another. Customer service is brilliant, everything is explained with clarity, any questions are answered. I’ve made claims before and the process is simply. They’re not a company that try to avoid the cover.
I now have two vehicles covered by Warranty First.

They are just out to scam you for your money. Luckily I never paid for their scummy warranty as it was given to us when we purchased a second hand car.
Be careful of their clauses that basically indemnify them of any responsibility and are designed to prevent them from having to pay out anything.
Clauses like "Things we won’t consider... 40. Faults diagnosed by health checks" & "Things we won’t consider... 58. The plan administrator will not authorise any repairs which are found during routine servicing, health and maintenance checks, and/or advisories."
So unless your engine blows up (which they will no doubt pin on something else that indemnifies them) the plans are pointless. You are better off saving your money in a savings account for when something goes wrong than giving it to these crooks.
I really suspect any positive reviews here are either paid for or coerced out of people. Look at their 5 star reviews and you will notice most of them this is the only review on Trustpilot by those reviewers.
EDIT: In response to the company responding I would just like to say, my comments, review and advice still stand. If I could give a 0 star review I would have.
They indemnify themselves from having to pay from almost all situations.
Unless you are a mechanic yourself and can magically see you have an issue with your vehicle then it is a pointless waste of money. Don't even consider having your vehicle checked for issues because that then allows them to wiggle out of paying for anything.
Also the slew of positive reviews here should be looked into, they all miraculously mention staff member names but claim to be "Unprompted reviews".
This clause best sums up the company in a single sentence "Things we won’t consider... 57. The replacement of parts for good engineering practice". So basically if you are advised to change a part because it would be good practice for safety they will deny the repair.
EDIT: Please read the reviews on Trustpilot and realise that the positive reviews are those where people have been prompted to review their signup process. They are all praising the sales team by name for their service for selling them a policy. That is great and all till you actually come to claim on the policy they so excellently sold you.
Look at all the negative reviews, those are the ones where people have been burned by this scam company because they will go to extraordinary measures to prevent any form of pay out.

Received Premier plan after buying a used vehicle. The company will not honor the policy regardless of proof that the issue with the vehicle started when the policy was live. Yesterday 4th June 26 car went into limp mode and produced a warning coolant temperature. This happened at 7pm but because I didn't contact them on the day it happened, even though the office was closed they have refused to honor the policy. I have proof of when the issue came about but just a flat refusal to consider it.
They are very good at selling policies they have no intention of honoring. Stay clear from warranty first ask car dealer to use a different warranty service.

I renewed my policy for 3 years and paid in full. Warranty First requested my recent service history and stated this was required to validate the policy. I provided a cash receipt from a local mechanic. Their representative explicitly confirmed via email that they received it and it was "now on file". They then processed my payment.Months later, I provisionally sold my car and contacted them to transfer the remaining 33 months of the warranty to the new private buyer. Suddenly, they rejected the exact same service document, claiming it was unacceptable, not vat registered etc. When I pointed out that they had already accepted it at renewal, I was told: "just because we downloaded it didn't mean we accepted it."This ridiculous contradiction ruined my vehicle sale and caused me severe financial loss. If my car had broken down, they clearly would have used this same excuse to deny a claim despite happily taking my money. They are now refusing a refund. I have the entire written email trail proving they confirmed the documents were on file at time of renewal. I will now escalate this unfair consumer practice and breach of contract to The Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Avoid this company.
