We have paid Warranty Wise ££££s thousands of pounds over the past 8 to 10 years on various different vehicle warranties
Never had a single claim
Recently had an issue with one of our vehicles 21 reg ford Transit that had full service history and Warranty cover with Warranty Wise
They have give us to run around for
1 full month
the best they can come up with is the engine isn’t covered
Clearly states in our policy that it is covered
Who would take out a Warranty on a vehicle that doesn’t cover the engine?
How crazy is that?
They even lied and told us we couldn’t have a higher vehicle from enterprise as they didn’t have a commercial van
Enterprise Maidstone told us they do have a Van but Warranty Wise would not authorise it
Borrowed us a car for one week, took it back after three days
I have been out of work for one full month projects cancelledbecause of their delays
Believe me, People keep your money in your pocket if your vehicle breaks down take out a loan to get it repaired it will be faster quicker and you will just have your repayments to worry about as it stands. If you give these people money you are never getting the repairs done and the money is just as if you’ve put it in the bin.
Don’t make the same mistake as I have

I have made further contact with Warranty Wise and not surprising they have once again completely ignored me
They just put these replies online to make it look like they’re going to help resolve the situation
When the truth is, they have no plans whatsoever to resolve the situation

Aspen made the process painless / Warranty recommended by our Garage
Aspen made the process painless.
Aspen was very clear and knowledgeable about the product. He listened and responded to our specific requests.
Ordinarily, I dread taking out policies, but this was quick, easy and Aspen was very helpful. A pleasure to work with.
We also had issues uploading the dashboard picture, which Aspen said he would do for us. A pure delight to have someone voluntary offer to take the issue away, that could result in hours trying to resolve.
We were recommended to use Warrantywise by our garage and looking at the Trust Pilot reviews, we have not been disappointed with our experience, be it setting up the policy.
We have looked at various policies, but felt this was perfect for our needs and with further discussion with our garage, exploring the various options, they stated this is a good warranty to take out. From their end, they find them a good company to work with, who are fair.

I haven’t quite received my cheque yet! But I will say that the service thus far has been exemplary from the individuals involved.
I would rate the company practise overall a 4-4.5 as doing everything through email is by all means a little archaic these days. It would be much better if everything could be streamlined through an app or website and have the ability to simply upload the files there.
That aside, my case handler Dionne has did all that she can to help with my issue and as such it has been resolved so her service is a most definite 5 stars.

Good service from Warrantywise and Westaway…
Had alternator replaced this week with Warrantywise dealing directly with Westaway motors, who also replaced the aux belt for me. Glad I had the warranty as it paid for itself and gives me peace of mind for two years.
