I cannot praise Senior Team Leader Angela highly enough for the excellent assistance she provided in resolving an issue with the warranty claim for my daughter’s Ford Fiesta.
From the very beginning, Angela’s communication was outstanding. She was professional, helpful and understanding, and kept us informed throughout the process. The issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently, initially through the chat service and then with a follow-up phone call, which made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring.
Angela went above and beyond to get the matter resolved, and the level of customer service was genuinely **110%**. What could have been a stressful and frustrating situation was handled smoothly and professionally.
A huge thank you to Angela and the team. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. **Excellent communication, excellent customer service and a fantastic outcome!**

It was a smooth and great experience
I had the best experience with WarrantyWise today, my call was at 2:50pm, I was in a little pickle with my warranty on the dealer side of things and Luke made sure he saw everything through thoroughly and really helped me through all the information I needed to know, no matter how long it took and made sure my policy was correct by following up with other departments to make sure all would go smoothly, I can’t thank him enough for the lengths he went to, which meant my car could go in for its diagnostic check as I had planned to with no delay and hopefully ready to repair soon! I was so happy that this company is full of people who want to help and support the best they can. Keep it up!

Trying to contact warrantywise and the…
Trying to contact warrantywise and the number on the policy documents didn't exist! So a quick search and found another that worked but explained that there was a long waiting time and just cut me off ! So I tried to use their chat method and that didn't work either ! So called the phone number again and waited 30 mins in a que to be asked if I would like a call back , I agreed , unfortunately that was 2 days ago and no call back ! I spent £2700 on a warranty that doesn't seem to be accessible! Very expensive wate of time !
