Great quality furniture and the customer service is fantastic

I bought two single mattresses from Warren Evans. I took a while to choose them as I hadn't bought new beds for many years. My previous beds were from Warren Evans and they had served me well. The staff at the show room were helpful and not pushy, but I now view this as a sales technique.

I had opted to trial the beds for comfort for 10 weeks: opening one first and the other after 5 weeks. I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN THE MATTRESSES ARRIVED as I was asked to sign a piece of paper, naturally, expecting it to be confirmation I had received the beds. It turned out to be a waiver of the 10 week trial. I wasn't told this but decided to put my glasses on and read what it said after I signed it. I crossed out what it said and stated what the agreement had been.

I found the first bed comfortable and opened the second one. I had my glasses on and noticed loose threads in about 4 places on the top of the mattress. I decided to look at the first one with my glasses on and found the same problem.

I contacted Warren Evans but was basically told that it was just superficial and they were not prepared to exchange - they even sent me photos of beds in the showroom with the same problem and I was advised the cut the threads (which would have been the worst thing to do). Their last email in August said someone would get back to me but no-one ever has.

I have decided to keep the beds because they are comfortable and I am older and I can't stand the hassle of looking around for new ones. I have made good the loose stitching myself. It is disappointing.
I could have demanded new ones as consumers have that right up to six months after purchase, I have discovered. And at the prices they charge - the beds should be perfect.

Having seen the response from Warren Evans I would point out that the mangled and in one part coming undone stitching I referred to in my email to them (with photos) is on the top of the mattresses and clearly machined. I think there is something wrong with the machine they use for this as the problems are on one side on both mattresses.

Warren Evans doesn't want to acknowledge problems. It has created an image of being good guys but I don't think they are.

Kind, understanding staff who will do anything to accommodate your questions, concerns etc.
The personal touch makes a huge difference - I never felt pressured to buy unlike so many other suppliers.

Our visit to the Bounds Green showroom was very pleasant. The salesperson was friendly and helpful and, as well as giving us all the information we needed to select a mattress, he gave us space to try out them out and think about what we wanted without pressure to reach a decision quickly. We are now looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

I have recently purchased a mattress from Warren Evans, and it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The customer service from this company is exceptional, and I particularly want to thank Jed, who went over and above. You are a real asset to the company and if only there were more people like you in the world it would be a better place. Thank-you.

The visit to the showroom in Camden was great - Ahmed guided us through the options and gave us room to test the many mattresses on display. The quality of the products and the setting were ideal.

We met David at Warren Evan's London Bridge showroom. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions very clearly and went above and beyond to share insights from his personal experience. His responses on email were prompt as well, which ultimately helped us to make the decision for buying a bed and mattress from Warren Evans.

The showroom was superb and the salesperson was very patient, allowing me to try and re try any bed. It was a very clever strategy to get me to decide in private , as if it was in my own home.

Phone answered very promptly and Dawid very helpful and clear with his information. Advised best product to buy rather than just selling as much value as possible. Difficulty registering online but my emails and problems were answered promptly and in a kindly manner. I give 4 stars due to registering and making payment had issues (albeit dealt with proficiently). I’m expecting to give 5 stars once my product is delivered and in use.

Great mattresses and great service.
Joe and Josh were helpful and you can tell they really care about what they do. Just bought a mattress that is very well made and feels like you are weightless when you lie on it! Really good price compared to other lesser quality products I have looked at.

The bed (Shaker model) is beautiful, well crafted and sturdily constructed. Sales and customer service people are very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries. The delivery team were punctual, friendly and professional. End-to-end, the service has been fantastic, and I am certain the bed will last decades. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I bought my Warren Evans bed and mattress about 18 years ago. I had dismantled the bed and had it stored for ages. The team were so quick and helpful at providing me with new screws, sent out first class and free of charge. So grateful. The mattress has been in continual use all this time and is still in excellent condition.

I had a great experience ordering my single beds that can be put next to each other with Velcro mattresses that join together. The team were super helpful and explained the options really well.

All good from my initial visit to the Borough Market showroom until the day I placed my order. I dealt with Dawid, who was very helpful (and who followed up with emails) and for whom nothing was too much trouble. This will be my second Warren Evans bed (first is now almost 25 years old, still going strong but I need a change of style) and I’d have no hesitation in purchasing from the company again.

Really helpful, informative, and great support choosing a mattress and arranging a courier when outside their delivery area.

Mattresses are way more breathable than other brands I've tried, comfortable and well made.

We arrived just 10 minutes before closing time but Rochelle, the adviser, did not rush us at all. She was clear, helpful and well informed. She understood our requirements and helped us make a good decision. We thought it over and placed an order for her recommendation online.

Excellent service from start to finish. Incredibly patient, attentive, and caring staff. Really went the extra mile and made the experience a 5-star one. Would highly recommend, and gladly buy again.
