Victoria kept in touch with me throughout my purchase, if I had any troubles or was unsure with anything Victoria would reply very quickly, I am not a buyer very much but when I spotted the splashback with the Highland cow I just had to order it, I loved it, I have not had it installed yet, but hope to have it installed soon. Thank you all for your help, as you were all a pleasure to deal with.

Warren Reed looked after us with a warm and friendly approach, and they were most helpful when we mis-ordered an item, putting us back on the tight track.
The splashback is an excellent piece of workmanship and totally completes our new kitchen.

Great selection of splashbacks, really struggled to narrow it down! Finally decided on the green and gold leaf design. Placing my order was quick and simple. Delivery I believe was within 4-5 days. Item arrived well packaged and good quality. Went back and ordered the matching chopping board. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

While redecorating my kitchen, I decided that a decorative splash back would add a focal point. The designs of Warren Reed were very appealing, colourful and value for money. The landscape with stag matched well. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there was a problem with the location of the stag and it appeared that I had ordered the wrong size, though the quality of the product was excellent. I received a very prompt reply to my email. The representative from customer services was kind, polite and professional and we agreed that a replacement would be sent out. The whole process from receiving the initial splash back to receiving the replacement took less than a week. The representative kept me updated at all times. I really felt like a valued customer. The splash back is now in situ and looks perfect. It just goes to show that if a problem is handled correctly, there is no problem at all. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent service fast delivery

Arrived very quickly. I ordered a glass splashback for a kitchen. I didn't open it straightaway because I broke my leg. Opened this week and a wee involuntary noise escaped my mouth when I saw the beautiful colour. So excited to get my kitchen done now.

The frame and border are not as good as expected, paticularly the border isn't as in the images. It's a beautiful print and we will be keeping it.

The glass splashback is fantastic . More than I had in mind . Ver colourful and full of character .
I ordered it on Sunday and had it on Tuesday . Very well packed.

Christmas/New year holidays/decoration time.
Needed to freshen up paint in daughters room and hall, leads to its time for new artwork, found Warren Reed- Designer website through another site and happy I did. With holiday deliveries hit and miss I still placed order for new year delivery. One parcel arrived out of two parcels before New Year’s Day, second one unknown after 2days?, so decided to drop Warrens an email to see if they could chase it up for me on 2nd Jan 2025 mid day…hit send…yip you got it doorbell rang it landed. Sent Warrens a stand down message straight away, and got a meesage straight back saying they had just finished a call with Carrier, so customer service spot on after my first order. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and will be ordering again, next holidays I get off to decorate wee hee the joys of time off/marriage. Maybe I don’t tell wife I’m off next time 🤔 anyway both canvas arrived packaged well and art itself good quality, customer services quick and down to earth to email back and forth. No brainier for me next time I need artwork
