Had a email from the company saying my outstanding balance was due.
No notice of this from the company was given, but I paid the balance.
2 days later I received a 'notice to an outstanding balance'
I called to ask if the payment had been received as no email was sent to confirm it.
I spoke to Therese Armitage.
Who kindly informed me the payment was recived and that I was up to date with my balance.
Therese was so helpful, very pleasant and explained it all, and the 5 stars are for HER and her service and NOT to the administration who, not only didn't confirm payment, but sent a payment notice letter 2 days later out!!!
Confirm that you have received your payment, is good customer service not harassment with another letter!!

Immediate response to telephone query (no waiting for long periods for an operator to take the call as there is with many call centres); good knowledge of the processes involved (Rita was able to tell me exactly what to do for both of my requests without having to look anything up or transfer to a specialist team). The only disappointment (hence a four star rather than five star rating) was that Rita was not able to update my correspondence address over the phone, even though I had successfully cleared security.
