Bad Shipping, Good Customer Service

It was comical to receive one half of a mop broom.....kinda' dopey when it came to those in the packing department. What are you going to do with one half of a broom handle? Ask for the rest of the product, correct? Well, even though there was a mistake in shipping, customer service immediately corrected the error in packing and sent us "the rest of the broom", new head and all. Congratulations fora job well done.

3 weeks to deliver 2 frypans!

As a former Lincoln employee I was disappointed that it took over 3 weeks to get a 10" & 12" skillet. When this operation was in Ft. Wayne, this stuff shipped next day.

Miniature cast iron skillets

These are the cutest little skillets made by Lodge. They're pre-seasoned and a good price. I plan to make Tatin Tarts in them and give as gifts.

Wasserstrom is a great dependable Company

I am opening a new restaurant and have ordered several times from the Wasserstrom online inventory. They have been very prompt in all of my dealings, including having to return an order. They replied immediately to my email questions, gave accurate info on how to return the items and reimbursed my credit card in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with both the products and the customer service. I highly recommend them.

it was okay

My order was processed fast and shipped quickly, how ever when it arrived at our facility it was damaged (probably in transit). Other than it arriving broken (which was fixable) everything else was smooth and seemless.

Lousy Service

I ordered some deli trays that I needed to fill my Thanksgiving cookie orders. I ordered them on 11/14/14. I tried to track my order but was unable to. I called Wasserstrom and got no answer (it was a weekend). I sent an e-mail and got no answer. I finally got in touch with someone there on 12/1/14 and asked about my order. I was told it was lost in shipment. Couldn't someone have contacted me and told me that so I could have either reordered or cancelled the order. Instead, I had to run around town at the last minute looking for the trays I needed. I don't plan to order from Wasserstrom again.

Great price

The plates were priced great and they we rec'd these on time. We did have 3 plates that were broken and I sent an email but the email was never answered. I called Customer Service and this was taken care of immediately.
