I needed to find an official G-Shock part
I needed to find an official G-Shock watch strap in purple I scoured the internet and came across this site it asked me to type in my watch version specifically for the correct watch part number and boom they had it a very hard part to actually find I tried everywhere even eBay and I found it on eBay but the price was ridiculous so by luck I stumbled upon this site . I l noticed that I could pay with PayPal the price was spot on I paid extra to get it fast and it arrived as stated and the best part was it included import taxes now I’ve saved this site in my favourites the past was an official part .

Replacement strap for my Bering watch initially out of stock so requested email when available. Not too long a wait until notified so ordered m, with email dispatched same day and received a couple of days later. Great service!

Not recommended. Avoid
Stay away from this site. I do not recommend it. You will waste your time and money. I ordered a strap for my watch before Christmas and received a different model than what I ordered. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

Excellent source of OEM Seiko bracelet
I was initially concerned after receiving a shipping notification showing dispatch from the Netherlands when I bought from a .co.uk website but no issues with vat as it showed duties paid at checkout. Ordered a Seiko watch bracelet on Friday and was delivered by DHL on Monday morning. This bracelet was literally impossible to find anywhere else on the internet. Even better it was 50 quid less than direct from Seiko and was in stock versus a 6 month quote from Seiko service centre. Zero complaints or hesitation in recommending this company.

Great strap, rubbish pins, long customs delays
The Tissot silicone strap was an excellent fit for my Tissot watch and very good quality replacing the bracelet which I can no longer use. I also ordered new pins and pin replacement tool. The tool was great but the pins wouldn’t compress so were useless and I had to re-use the old ones. I hadn’t realised that watch.co.uk was based in Netherlands so I was unprepared for the long customs delays and late delivery.

Very poor customer service
Had a new strap bought me for Christmas and the loop broke within 2 weeks. The strap was almost £50 despite several emails to customer service I still haven’t heard anything and still don’t have a replacement. Not very good customer service.

Wach arrived in good time and is exactly as described. However the seller failed to alter the bracelet as requested and as featured on the website. Will now have to find a jewellery to do this at extra cost.

Avoid at all costs
Ordered on 07/12, with a promised delivery date of 18/12 and the expectation that it would arrive in time for Christmas. It didn’t arrive, so I got into contact with the customer service team, who said it would arrive with ‘a slight delay’ but would not arrive in time for Christmas. This was a Christmas gift, so had to let the person down but promised them it would arrive after Christmas (having been reassured it would by the customer service team). It still hadn’t arrived by 30/12, so I got into contact with them again, to then be told they ‘never received the watch so couldn’t send it’. No communication with me until I contacted them. Avoid at all costs. Complete waste of time and money.
