Poor quality
I purchased a Skagen replacement watch strap which split (the outer black leather layer came away from the inner layer) within a few days of wearing. Sent pictures in of the fault and they immediately sent a replacement - so far so good. I didn’t use the new replacement strap immediately as I persevered with the split on (I wear several different watches anyway) but when I came to change to the replacement strap it also split after a few days. I sent in pictures again but ‘radio silence’ ever since, despite sending several chasing emails. Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the straps and the lack of customer service following the 2nd fault. Cannot recommend.

Later i receive watch box its self looks good and presentable. Watch was look like it was returned because protection film was missing. Also inside box sponge witch hold watch in the box was cuted buy knife or scissors. some one literally cut the hole because after unboxing can not feet it back properly and close the box. I Send complain to customer service and they ask me to send photos for investigation. So now a week past no response a write another mail with asking with updates no response.
From 5 star i take 1 off for a lie about quality check and damaged sponge. And 1 more off for useless customer service who sims don't care and didnt answer for long time.

Zero customer service, just take your money and not resolve any issues
Zero customer service, I don't know why you put an email where you can contact them if they never reply.
I received my watch (Very Lucky). I paid an extra £2 for gift wrapping, never came wrapped, so avoid paying extra because they keep your money and do not provide the service they offer . Order number: 11624906
First, I contacted them for my payment. I never received any reply, and secondly, for my extra payment for a service that I never received, I never received any answer. I use the email info@watch and the contact form on the website. This is my first and last time using this website, and I find it not professional at all.
I hope you refund my £2 for a service you never provided.

Stainless steel orca bracelet
I've been wanting a stainless steel bracelet for my citizen orca for a while because I'm allergic to rubber/silicone straps , but it was out of stock . I put an email reminder for when it's back in stock , within 2 days I got a message saying 1 was , bought it and within a week it's on my wrist. The strap is excellent quality and great packing in a free soft envelope. Excellent company and service.

Paid for express delivery. Didn’t come. Emailed them. They ignored me.
Emailed them again. This time they refunded me a small amount of my delivery fee and promised to investigate.
Heard nothing more from them.
I chased up the delivery myself.
Finally it was delivered.
Wore product once.
Strap fell apart.
Terrible quality.
Terrible customer service.

Just to clarify: all orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the Netherlands. Once in the UK, they are handed over to Royal Mail Tracked 48h for the final delivery. This does not mean delivery takes place within 48h from ordering, but rather that Royal Mail completes the UK leg within that timeframe.
For your order, the estimated delivery date shown at checkout and in your confirmation email was October 1st. According to the tracking, it was actually delivered earlier, on September 29th.
We are sorry if this caused confusion, and also for any delay in our replies — our customer service team has recently been reduced due to illness, which affected our response times.
