Wrong item sent, no reply to numerous emails to 4 different email addresses
UPDATE 040925
My email was (finally) replied to on 020925. A return was authorised and a 'shipping label' sent to me. Unfortunately, no instructions on how to use this label have been provided and it has no bar code and no indication has been given as to whether a courier collection has been booked.
I dont see why I should have to pay for a return, when the error is clearly with the company. I have sent 2 emails asking for clarification, but no reply from the company. I have no issue with a mistake being made in sending out the product - errors do occur! - but I am very unsatisfied by the continual lack of response to my emails.
Meanwhile, I am left with an incorrectly sent £120 watch.

Ordered watch on 27/08/25 (Order 11572175) as a gift on next day delivery.
Incorrect watch delivered - item was different model from image on their website and also different from image in confirmation email.
Have tried to contact them in 4 different ways: 1. Via contact form, 2. to info email address, 3. support email address and 4. cs email address
From support email address I received an automatic reply with a reference number, but there has been no follow up at all. Extremely disappointed that: 1. The Company sent the wrong watch and 2. They seem unable to reply to emails.
Will now have to go through the process of returning this £120 watch, but don’t feel confident that I will get my money back, as they seem impossible to contact.
Very irritated as this situation is totally their mistake – they sent the wrong item and not the item I had ordered.

My Citizen echo watch is 35 years old
My Citizen echo watch is 35 years old. In perfect condition although worn much of the time. The strap broke eventually and I have bought many straps for it and they never last more than a year. The watch company sell my actual watch strap, which I had not realised how beautiful it was. It was very reasonable, did not take too long to arrive, and was as quoted the citizen echo watch strap.it will last many years as will my wonderful watch. Thanks to the Watch Company.

Embarrassing customer service
I bought a one piece mondaine strap from them and they sent it folded in half so the quality of the strap had already been compromised and fraying at the edges. The reason I bought a replacement for one ived used for years before it got to that point.
I have emailed then 2 times, called and send a message via their web form and still no response. If the product was okay then I guess they'd get more stars but any issues and the business doesnt deal with it at all. Id give this place a miss
Edit- they responded to my enquiry 3 hours after this review it could be coincidence but I emailed them 2 weeks ago. They have refunded me for the strap and told me to keep which would be a good resolution IF it hadn't taken 2 weeks and posting a bad review. Needs better customer service for sure. I also still dont have a strap i can use as they dont have any more in stock.
