Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Was able to pick the watch up in person and meet the team. Will definitely be using them again.

Spot on no issues at all.
Picked watch up in Liverpool today after auction finished on Sunday!
I’ll be buying again!
Shocking company to deal with, customer service is horrendous and they are not in one way pleasant to deal with! I bid on a watch through their auction platform which was useless, the site was unresponsive and half of the icons/links didn't even work. I went to place my maximum bid which would not submit, i refreshed the page which didn't work so i tried again and still it did not work. The page finally reloaded and i went to renter my bid amount, little did i realise that it still had the previous amount input in the bid box and i entered another character and before i had chance to change or cancel it the bid went through at over £60,000 on a watch which wasn't worth even 20% of that amount.
Upon realising the error (over 2 hours before the auction finished) i tried calling them over 30 times and couldn't get through or even a leave a voice message. I emailed multiple times direct through their site which was the only way i could see that you could email them and again i got no response. The type of bid that was input was an auto bid which automatically bids up for you if someone bids on the item and you've set at higher figure. At this point the figure was well below what my intended bid would have been if i could have got through to someone the bid could have been adjusted. In my desperation i looked further afield to try and find a way to contact the company and found them on social media where i messaged them on Facebook. This time i did get a response but only ten minutes before the auction finished by which time it was already too late as the bidding had already gone significantly over what i would have been prepared to pay and despite pleading with the representative over Facebook messenger they refused to cancel my bid and had no sympathy.
The next day i received an invoice demanding payment that day to which i responded and said i couldn't afford to pay to which i received no sympathy or understanding but simply got told it was my fault and human error and they pointed me to the terms and conditions that all bids are final and cannot be cancelled once submitted despite the issue occurring because of their poor website and because i couldn't get through to them for some 2 hours where the autobid could have been lowered.
At this point i was told i have two options, one is to pay immediately or incur interest and possibly legal action or they could go through an underbidding process where they would go back to the nearest bidder which i thought would be the best option as someone must have bid very close to the amount i entered to have triggered my autobid that was input in error. No, i was wrong again i was told i had to pay £672 in fees to go down this route.
After complaining multiple times i was then being told they were my only two options which was buy the watch or pay the £672 or i would incur interest or potentially face legal action. There was never no apology, sympathy or even human understanding/decency all they wanted to do was point me in the direction of the terms of business which they made a point of emailing to me and even posting to my home address via recorded delivery.
This is the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a company, truly shocking. I have now paid the £672 to prevent any interest building up and to prevent any further threats. I am now looking into employing an IT expert who can prove that the site wasn't functioning correctly and then i will be taking legal advice/action. A friend of mine who i told my experience too is a watch collector and he was bidding in the same auction ad me through this company and he also was having problems with the site. Needless to say he will never use them again and neither will i!
