Just want to let you know that I received my watch this morning and I am beyond impressed! The watch is everything that you advertised and is in mint condition! Your service has been second to none that I’ve dealt with in the online watch industry. I’ve purchased from Bob’s, Swiss Watch Expo, Crown and Caliber as well as a couple of others and your service and quality of product is by far superior to your competition. I also found your price reasonable as well compared to the others. My first purchase from Watch Chest was in 2016 when I purchased a DateJust for my husband as a retirement present. This was my first Rolex purchase and because it was pre-owned I was concerned about authenticity and quality. After talking with Chris I felt very confident buying from Watch Chest. In fact, I was so pleased with my first purchase that I purchased myself a Lady's Datejust from him two years later.
Unfortunately September 2020 my watch stopped keeping time and it needed to be repaired. Because it was still under warranty Chris did a full service at no charge.
I had been thinking about a diamond bezel for quite some time so I thought this would be the perfect time to have one installed. Chris and I discussed my options, an aftermarket or authentic Rolex. After some research I decided the Rolex bezel was the best for me. The quality of the diamonds and the precision Rolex uses when setting the diamonds was the deciding factor. Also, this would keep my watch an original Rolex. As fate would have it, Chris had the perfect Rolex bezel to fit my watch.
I just received my watch and can't stop admiring it, polished like new with it's new Rolex diamond bezel sparkling just as I envisioned. They did an outstanding job servicing, cleaning and installing the diamond bezel.
Chris, Corey & Cody are the go to guys if you are looking for that special team of professionals that you can trust!
Bottom line. Chris and his staff know Rolex's.

Recently I experienced my second awesome watch-buying experience with Chris Wiley and his Watch Chest team, and can't say enough positive things about the company, one which I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex watch with confidence.

The impressive, well-designed Watch Chest website, with its seemingly endless array of beautiful watches and lots of helpful information, is what initially drew me to the company a few years ago when searching the Internet for a reliable company from which to purchase another Rolex. Watch Chest provides the usual email address and phone contact data, however their site also offers opportunities to schedule definite, uninterrupted appointments for chats and phone calls with them, which I found to be advantageous, the next best thing to traveling to Missouri for an in-person visit.

During those scheduled phone calls Chris answered my numerous queries in a courteous, unhurried and professional manner, revealing expert knowledge of Rolex watch models that interested me and how they would fit into my lifestyle. And into my budget. Toward that end, he informed me that Watch Chest was even willing to take my older Rolex watches as trade-ins toward the price of a newer one that I might have my heart set on.

So, armed with all the information necessary to make an informed, confident decision I chose: the 28mm rose gold and stainless steel Lady Datejust with a jubilee bracelet, fluted bezel and rose gold Roman numerals on a chocolate dial.

Once I'd made my decision, I wanted it "yesterday." However, it appeared that the popular rose gold watches sell quickly, thus being more limited in availability. No fear. Knowing how set I was on having that particular watch, Chris used his expertise and extensive network of professional contacts and located a BRAND NEW one for me in a matter of minutes, (still packaged in its Rolex case, with warranty, booklets and tags, etc.)! I was over the moon with excitement.

The sale was effortlessly completed the next day, shipped to me overnight, arriving the next afternoon. You can't beat that for service. Like the previous Rolex I purchased from Watch Chest, this new one is more beautiful than in the pictures, exactly as advertised, and I just love it.

I recently picked up a 18248 w/ Pyramid dial from Chris at Watch Chest. The watch is so pristine that it surpassed my all my expectations and have not taken it off since unboxing!

Chris answered all my questions, talked watches and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. This has hands down the best experience I've had purchasing a watch and look forward to using them to service another piece in the near future.

I have no idea how incredibly lucky I am to have stumbled upon Watch Chest. The world of preowned Rolexes is vast and daunting to say the least. It can be overwhelming due to the fact that most people (me included) haven't made this big of purchase for themselves before. The fear of getting a piece that is unauthentic or runs like garbage is possible. Not with Chris and Watch Chest.

It started with a one-on-one conversation with Chris. What a treat. He took the time to make me feel comfortable. He also delved into the care that is given to each piece. I was so impressed with his decorum, I decided I was going to purchase from him. If you watch youtube watch videos, the respected youtubers always preach to buy the seller and not just the watch. That is 100% the case with my experience.

This is where the story goes above and beyond. I originally purchased the Datejust 16234 model reference in a blue dial variant. Not being able to see it in person before ordering, I was not aware of how it would look when it showed up. There was nothing wrong with the watch, but the sunburst affect was not to my personal liking. Chris and his crew gladly accepted the watch back and made an exchange for a black dial version. I am over the moon happy with the exchange and how Watch Chest handled it.

I will most certainly be using Watch Chest again in the future.

Corey and Kristen helped me for months on my first watch purchase back in 2015. At the time, I knew nothing about Rolex besides what I had seen in 007. They were very patient and informative with me on my new investment. I recently (2020) had the submariner fully serviced and polished back up by Watchchest. It looks and feels brand new again! I wouldn't trust anyone else when I buy my second watch.

Watch Chest did a Rolex service on my wife's 38 year old Rolex. We also added the diamond bezel which really dresses up the watch. Came back all polished and working great. This is the third time that I have used Watch Chest, and will not go anywhere else!!

This was my first Rolex purchase. I've made other watch purchases online, but not Rolex. I've been considering this purchase for over a year. Deciding on the model and options. I chose the iconic 16234 Datejust as my first. There are countless sellers, how do you choose? For me it was the first call to Watch Chest. I spoke with Chris personally. Time is valuable and Chris freely gave his to answer my questions. Four months later, after researching numerous sellers and timepieces, I called back to purchase the Datejust I decided on. The transaction was smooth. The piece shipped overnight to my door. For an 18yr old "preowned" timepiece, you wouldn't know it, it is flawless. Chris said he spends considerable time purchasing only the finest examples to pass on to his customers. I believe that to be the case, in my experience. My experience with WatchChest was nothing short of spectacular. I worked with Corey throughout the duration of my transaction, and he was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my many questions and requests. I chose bank wire to save money on fees, and the process was very smooth and secure throughout. Upon delivery, I was not at home and therefore was unable to obtain the watch at first. I tried to request in-store pickup from UPS, but that was not available. When I told Corey about this, he immediately updated the delivery options to allow me to pick up the piece, saving me days of waiting (over a weekend) for the next scheduled delivery. The watch arrived exactly as described and pictured (in essentially like-new condition), and I have barely taken it off since! Thanks Corey, and thanks WatchChest!
