Don't be nervous buying watches online! I was skeptical at first when my wife found a website that had the vintage Rolex she was looking for, as I was used to doing these transactions in person. After some research and convincing though, we had a terrific experience with Chris and Cody at the Watch Chest and got exactly what we were looking for and more. I've never been so happy with a watch purchase. From start to finish my experience with Watch Chest was courteous and professional. Chris Wiley is a Class Act. He answered all my questions, walked me through the entire process, and most importantly, got me the watch that I wanted. I was lucky to find him, and he is the only person I'll ever call for future purchases and services.

I sent in my Rolex Explorer II to Watch Chest for professional servicing. It was running fine, but it was due in for a service, plus the bracelet had gotten worn looking. I felt totally assured my watch would get service properly. When I got my Rolex back, it looked like new! They not only serviced the movement but also polished the case and bracelet. I bought a ladies 31mm Date-Just in January 2021 from Watch Chest. As I am located in Australia the Bank Transfer method was the only method of payment accepted. Chris' (CEO of Watch Chest) voluminous on-line presence assisted in alleviating the hesitation I had with paying a significant amount of money without the security of other payment methods. The transaction went smoothly and the FedEx delivery was perfect. My wife loves her watch and I'll definitely purchase my next piece from them.

I just finsinhed up purchasing my first timepiece from Watch Chest and it was a perfect buying experiece.

I had spent 2 solid months contacting retailers all around the world looking for the ideal example of a Rolex 16233 with Tapestry Dial. And I had gotten fed up with dealing with non-professional, slow to respond retailers.

When I came across the Watch Chest website, I saw that it had the piece I wanted, so I went ahead and booked a phone appionment with Christopher Wiley.

During our conversation Christopher spoke as if he had all the time in the world for me, I found this really bizzar, but very reassuring.

By the end of our conversation, after he had patiently answered all my questions and offered a great deal of info on top of that, I was ready to pull the trigger and make the purchase. But then he told that they only accept Bank Wire transfers and not Paypal payments from outside the US. This ment that l would need to send cash without the buyer protection offered by Paypal.

This was not ideal for me becuase it was a substantial amount to send without having the peace of mind offered by Paypal's security and although my impression of Chris so far had been good, I still had never done business with him before.

Chris said he understood completly and recommended I do some research on him and Watch Chest on Trustpilot.com and RolexForums.com to see previous customers experiences. So that was exactly what I did and came to see that basically all of reviews where very positive.

I wired the money over the following day, once they received the payment they sent the watch out the next day and it arrived at my doorstep nice and fast. The watch was pristine! And exaclty as described.

So, it goes without saying, especially to those in Australia who are hesitant buying internationally because of the limitation of not being able to inspect the timepiece in the metal - Buy through Watch Chest with confidence as they do honest business.
