Just bought a Rolex 116233 onyx diamonds dial from watch chest it was perfect easy and quick transaction

I had read the reviews and was so excited about my new watch. On the second day my watch started jumping ahead hours. I asked Chris if he wanted me to have my jeweler look at it? No don’t do that ,he says condescendingly, watch this video on how to wind your watch. Wound it every day a few times a day. Sent it back after a week and the problem was a loose spring. The gut punch is before the refund is completed The Watch Chest deducts 468$ for a “torn box” and a “torn sleeve” and shipping back. I will be contacting everyone who will listen about this shady business.

this is my third transaction with the watch chest...why?...in a word because i trust them...they offer superb merchandise and superb customer service as well...they deliver what they promise...every time...it doesn't get much better than that...there are other Rolex vendors out there...none offer the quality merchandise or service that the watch chest does.

I've dealt with these guys a couple of times now and they're straight, responsive and have fantastic stock, with prices as reasonable as you're going to get with a Rolex.

The entire team at Watch Chest was engaging, quick to reply, answered by questions and made me feel comfortable making a large purchase online. I got to know the team and even when I showed a competitor identical watch they helped me understand why that watch may not be as I wanted but also left it up to me to make the decision. We were looking for a late 80" Rolex Day-Date 18238 with the Italian language date window, and the Watch Chest came through. I was looking for a recently discontinued DJ 36 for my Fiancee. Couldn't find it at any AD still in stock and the 2 or 3 new ones online were going for almost $2K over retail. Found a pre-owned one on Watch Chest website and started an online Chat. I was assured this watch was in Like New condition. I was a little skeptical but decided to purchase it for a little above original retail. However since they do not charge sales tax and have free shipping it was a good deal. I received watch 4 days after ordering online via UPS Next day. It was packed very well and the Watch was Mint condition .. Except for no stickers you would not even know it wasn't new. The Box and Papers were also in MINT CONDITION and the Original Warranty card although a little beat up but came with it as well.
