They answered every question I had and taught me so much about the brand. The watch I chose was sent overnight shipping and packaged beautifully! The watch itself was immaculate! The watch is absolutely beautiful and as described. The sizing is perfect. Every since I saw a Rolex Presidential on the wrist of one of my high school friend’s dad, it has been a dream of mine to have one. It took me 40+ years, but I did it and this watch is stunning!

I contacted Watch Chest 3-4 months ago because they had a very special watch I wanted as a Christmas present for my wife. Speaking with Chris and Cody was very professional and easy. I've only ever purchased watches through my former neighbor who owned a jewelry store so buying on-line was a little intimidating for me. Let me start by saying I was a rep for Rolex in California over a decade ago. I had always wanted a yellow gold Day-Date (President), but of course at the time, could not afford one nor was the President an allowable option for my 1 time employee purchase. I went with the GMT Master II (116710) which served me well for a decade. I recently sold my GMT for quite a bit (like everyone else), along with a Breitling I acquired (A37320)
I was financially ready for my "end-game" timepiece.
Buying from grey market was something I never, ever considered. It went against everything I was trained in, and lectured on! Rightly so.
From the first email I received from Cody at Watch Chest, followed by phone calls with him, to his diligence in accurately describing his President (118238) in the most precise detail, I knew then I had nothing to fear with this company. My President arrived this morning, and my simplest description of this timepiece is "flawless".

Watch Chest is by far the best place for me to go for a Rolex watch. Initially I bought a 26mm and it was too small for me and Cody was very helpful and very nice about it. I would definitely go back to them for my future purchases. It’s a worry free purchase.
